The graciousness of the staff at the hotel makes this one of Thailand's most relaxing destinations. The large surrounding grounds are magnificent, tended carefully for over 80 years. A low rise development, you are close to the beach and town. The rooms are very well appointed, roomy and air conditioned - and the balconies have great views. The resorts' Sala Thai and Japanese restaurants have great food at reasonable prices, although you can walk into town - 2 mins - to choose other places if you like. This is a fabulous resort and this was our 3rd stay there.
Great service. Fantastiv staff. Clean. Great location. Secure and spacious!nice rooms with awsome balcony. We go back next year!! The food and drinks were four times the prices in town wich is a bit silly. We had a baby and the lack of elevatir was very frustrating. However we were allowed to use the staff elevator wich was ok.
This is a really nice and luxurious hotel. Expensive, but you get value for money. Friendly staff, beautiful garden and a good atmosphere.
A beautiful hotel in every respect. Wonderful location, stunning grounds, excellent staff, food, service, room, nothing could be faulted. Nothing
The setting, the service, the luxury, the food. The size and quality of the bathroom towels were at odds with the rest of the luxury offered.
Extremely friendly staff, the hotel was beautiful . Relaxed colonial style with stunning garden and grounds. We upgraded to Villa with club facilities which is particularly good value . Even without different room you can have club facility for extra 1500bhat which is good for snacks during day, afternoon tea and drinks.

Loud Americans at breakfast!
the resort is in an excellent location....wonderful staff as is the case in most Thai resorts. we changed the room because it was dark and a bit tired in some places...and were given a very nice bright and fresh room.
GREAT LOCATION, VERY GOOD ROOOMS, GOOD AIRCON, GOOD WI-FI VERY LITTLE ENGLISH UNDERSTANDING OF FRONT DESK STAFF...NEVER HAD CHANGE FOR LARGER BILLS (ENDEMIC PROBLEM IN ASIA..!THEY DON'T STOCK UP ON NECESSARY SMALLER BILLS.. LARGE BILLSNOT READILY ACCEPTABLE BY TAXIS, ETC... IT ISALL OVER ASIA!
relax, quiet street. no
the room , the facilities and the location I found the staff rather badly trained
I have stayed there many times and i always get a warm welcome. The girls at reception always remember me. The breakfast is also good.
Central Location and a swimming pool and pleasant helpful staff Yes. No kettle for making a drink. No hairdryer. but mostly very disappointed that you advertise free internet service and is not !! This was one of my criteria for booking at the Thipurai (I am still here on longer stay) but have to keep purchasing one hour internet to use as I am here on business so needing to use my laptop in my room frequently. Only the first half our is free subsequent p
Nice restaurant, in the middle of night life area, clean room A bit to expensive
Good location, walking distance all over. Good breakfast buffe. Minus that the pool closed already at 18.00 pm. Should have been open to at least 20.00 pm.
Location of the lotel Size of room was a wee bit small
Employees were coridial, cooperative, rooms were clean and operative Access to swiming pool was restricted after 07:00, lights in the room were inadequate, there could be twin beds in the standard room
It was very convenient for the beach and close to markets, restaurants etc. The swimming pool was good. We arrived early in the morning and received no encouragement to get into our rooms or use hotel facilities while waiting. We were able to leave our cases though
It's location, quite close to the bus terminal, beach, convenient shops, ... Room cleanliness.
The staff, the breakfast, and room. Very satisfied.
I guess it will be better when the building work to upgrade rooms is finished. Staff at hotel spoke little or no English and had difficulty understanding that two separate rooms of differing types had been booked. One room had to be changed (upgraded) because of building renovation work below from 8:30 am. Guests should ensure that they check your minibar usage each day to avoid misunderstandings.
The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is ideally situated, convenient for restaurants, shopping and the beach, all within walking distance. This is a quiet, family hotel, perfect for singles, couples or even small families - the rooms are big enough. The rooms are equipped with the usual, with the added advantage of a kettle. This is unusual for hotels in this price range in Thailand. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has internet access which guests can use by buying tokens at an hourly rate. It is always good for business if the hotel provides free internet access for guests during their stay. On the third floor, the signal was accessible but weak. It would be good if the hotel increased its internet package to accommodate the third floor properly. Breakfast (included in the price) is adequate, but does not really meet the standards of western expectations. It would be good for them to go and look at what is being offered in small restaurants, pubs and other hotels in the area. Western style sausages, for example are being manufactured and are on sale in the town of Hua Hin.
Very pleasant staff in a central location in this small seaside resort. The swimming pool is adequate and the breakfast ok
