Ubicación. Demasiado caro para lo que hay. Muy anticuada y vieja. Restaurante terrible.
No
The room we had was excellent in terms of how large it was and its amenities. The value was great. We didn't like two things: the coffee maker had only one regular roast packet and two decaf packets, so we couldn't make coffee for both of us in the morning; and the cleaning staff missed a used bar of soap laying on the floor in the bathroom right next to the trash.
Typical Hilton hotel, superbly located at the Houston Med Center and Rice University. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a very good restaurant.
Very clean, large and confortable rooms! Very friendly and helpful hotel stuff!
The pillows were wonderful! The only coffee available was from the nasty coffee maker in the room. No continental breakfast offered.
Value for the price, location to local attractions and great dining.
Size of room was good and the kitchen area was nice gave it a home feeling. I didn't not like that there were some kind of flying insects in the tub and bugs inside and out of pillows ND bed covers and also I saw a big roach underneath couch. We couldn't stay another night it was Gross and couldn't sleep because I didn't want one of those bugs going into my ear while I sleep
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. We will definitely be back as I have frequent appointments at MD Anderson Cancer Center!!!
The shower was one of the best showers I have ever taken. Great water pressure and temperature. It was sorely needed as this place is a dump. It was dirty, grimy, had bugs etc....I wouldn't consider this a hotel. It is more like a transient motel. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Had I not paid in advance and known that my stay was going to be less than 8 hours I would have turned around as soon as I entered the parking lot. The room smelled, had holes in the walls and didn't appear to have been painted or updated since the 70s. I promise that the only good, scratch that, great thing was the shower!! This is a 1 star hotel that should be selling rooms for $30/night.
