I was charged at check out $20 more than the amount as I was quoted as the final charge. However, I went to Customer Service on my car return and Customer Service Agent Micaela refunded the additional amount I was charged after seeing the original quote I had been given. I am grateful for her rectifying the issue for me.Opinión del 8 sept 2022

The rep the rental counter started yelling over me that there would be a $1500 charge for a one way rental. Hertz was more than happy to accommodate my needs at a reasonable rate. Probably won’t rent from Enterprise againOpinión del 2 ago 2022

Our car broke down halfway through the trip and we had the worst experience getting a replacement car. Tow company took 2 hours to retrieve our car and the customer service reps at the nearby enterprise counter were super unhelpful in getting us a new car.Opinión del 24 jun 2022
