They listed cars for rent that they did not have. And the manager of the store was extremely rude about itOpinión del 28 ago 2023

The transaction itself was fine but I reserved a luxury car that wasn’t available and was given a standard car. I’ve called in and emailed, still no response from enterprise.Opinión del 19 ago 2023

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. She told me they offer a shuttle service for customers, which I was not aware of and will be sure to use next time. I rent cars fairly often and this was one of the best experiences I have had.Opinión del 19 jul 2023

Booked a car for a trip to Asheville, only to be called by enterprise two hours before pickup that they actually didn’t have any cars. All weekend however their website showed availability even though there was none. Something is wrong with enterprise technology.Opinión del 17 jul 2023

They ran out of cars and I ended up paying double for a different one somewhere else. What’s the point of reserving a car if they are just going to sell it to someone else anyways?Opinión del 6 jul 2023

I rented a Challenger and the brakes were worn. When I took it back to enterprise they told me they could put me another vehicle (truck)or I could go get the brakes fixed and have it billed to them. Because it was a sports car we kept it. AAA had to approve the brake repair and after 45 minutes of waiting at the brake shop, we still didn’t have the approval. So my husband walked a half mile to enterprise to get a different car. It was not a great experience. 😡Opinión del 25 may 2023
