They gave me a car with issues and then when I went to exchange it and was told by customer service that a certain location had cars to exchange, it turned out they did not so I had to find another location, wasting half my day.Opinión del 28 jul 2023

Communication was awful. My pickup was at 12:00 but the rental place was closed at 12:04. Lines were long since I had to travel 1/2 hour extra to pick up at a different rental. The small signs were difficult to see when driving by yourself. If there is another alternative for transportation I am taking that.Opinión del 5 mar 2023

This location didn’t have the car I rented when I arrived. They tried playing the “free upgrade” game and wanted to rent me a Jeep Compass instead of a full-size car. That would have destroyed my vacation budget with gas. After having to wait around 2 hours for them to find a car, they gave me a somewhat dirty car. Horrible experience I booked the car at the location near me the same day that I was supposed to pick the car up I got a call telling me it's canceled lady said they have 9 ppl needing cars but only have 7 and I need to call customer service to rebook. Upon calling customer service to find a new location because I was leaving that day I was told that they would honor the price of the original booking but when I got there it was 20.00 more I will never rent from them againOpinión del 18 jul 2022
