Very rude staff. Talked to multiple individuals but they both were equally rude. And their expressions were clearly saying - we don’t care about customer satisfaction, we are all about money! We waited in line for 2 hours. Lots of people, lots of confusion. The staff seems very overworked and tired. They were doing the best they could but the process of picking up the car was horrible.Opinión del 16 feb 2023

Very bad experience. Actually I would expect for compensation. I rented a car from budget three times in my vacation, in each time it was a bad experience. The worse was in Cape Canaveral. I had to spend hours- very expensive hours to get a car and thank to fix / change the car beacouse a problem in it. Also in Miami . Woman behind the desk in cape Canaveral was fantastic, we went to the wrong office, but still managed to help us out. She was on her own and had a few customers, but was well able for it. I would use them againOpinión del 27 may 2022

Rented car from cruise port for day trip. Our flight left late that night. Flight got cancelled and we had to drive 10 hours home. The act of changing our short term one-way rental to a longer term one-way rental took 3 phone calls, 45 minutes on hold, and an additional tripling of our initial rate. The agent couldn’t tell me if the rate quoted was in addition to what I had already paid or not. Not very helpful.
