Hotel Excelsior

Amazing little boutique hotel in a great location. Clean and excellent with a brilliant breakfast but above all the staff make the hotel. Friendly, courteous and always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. Exemplary fantastic staff....well done

The hotel has an excellent location, not too far from the S-bahn and Hauptbahnhof it also a short walk of under 10 minutes to Marienplatz The staff was polite and the was room modern, clean and comfortable; except that it was a bit cramped. Overall it was a very good stay.

Visited during Oktoberfest. Great location with outstanding customer service. 5 minutes from the main train station. Underground trains right across the street. Large, clean, updated rooms with nice decor. Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant onsite. Special thanks to Fabio, Christian, and all the wonderful staff for making our stay memorable.

We were an early am checkin. The young gentleman at desk was charming, knowledgeable,and so helpful. He advised of things to do for the day. Upon checkout, he clearly knew we were confused in another country, he walked us to the train station and helped purchase our tickets.He rolled our bags thru the streets of Munich, busy streets on a Saturday am.......this young man deserves a raise!!! I am hoping your company recognizes his effort on our behalf.
