Parking was too expensive

We stayed for one night to recharge before our international flight. The service was very good, we were able to check in early - they offered for an extra $20 a deluxe room available straight away. We took that option. The bed was so big and comfortable and the room was dark and quiet at night. The room was nice and had everything you need. They also allowed us to store our bags after check out the following day as our flight was not until late at night. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The only negative is they provide free wifi in the foyer but in your room they charge you for it. We have never experienced that before in all the hotels we have stayed at. I think they should look at providing this for free.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself and rooms were clean and beautifully decorated.

Una noche de sueño celestial cada noche y un sistema de ascensor automatizado inteligente para evitar el "desastre de la hora punta de salida". Todo el personal se fue más allá cuando se dieron cuenta de que tuve un tiempo difícil después de la mala ruta del equipaje durante las dos primeras noches de estancia.

Opción verde para conseguir puntos, los servicios, la habitación estaba limpia, un buen gimnasio

Nada demasiado en serio. Débil presión del agua, algunas bombillas no funcionaban... quizás algún producto más de baño?
