Ventajas: El vestíbulo y el patio eran muy agradables.

Desventajas: La temperatura de la habitación era extremadamente cálida y el termostato no funcionaba. Cuando informé a la recepción me dijeron que los termostatos no funcionan correctamente durante el invierno. Nuestro piso tenía un fuerte olor a cigarrillos rancios durante toda nuestra estancia. Las paredes no estaban bien aisladas y los otros huéspedes nos despertaron en medio de la noche.

Ventajas: El conductor a y desde el aeropuerto, Diego, fue una de las personas más agradables y útiles y conocedora que conocí en mis 2 semanas de vacaciones en Europa. El hotel era precioso y el personal de recepción y portero de servicio de habitaciones y spa eran excepcionales.

Desventajas: Se me olvidó mi traje de baño y no podía utilizar el área de spa relajante de la piscina

Ventajas: The style, cleanliness and service. The staff was very good, especially at reception and at the restaurants

Desventajas: No iron board in the room and lacking hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom

Desventajas: location is far from main touristic attractions and not much around (walking distance)

Ventajas: Excepcional hotel en todos los sentidos. La piscina cubierta es una maravilla, el desayuno es fantástico, el trato del personal es maravilloso, las instalaciones son extraordinarias y la relación calidad - precio es razonable.

Desventajas: Únicamente la situación del hotel es algo alejada del centro de Lisboa aunque bien comunicada por metro y autobuses.

Ventajas: Lovely breakfast spread, very helpful staff. Fantastic location. Beautiful, well appointed and well maintained facilities which did not need us calling for assistance everytime. Requested for a room facing the aqueduct and the front desk was happy to provide that. Will stay here again soon!

Desventajas: 2 of the charging points didnt work but the maintenance were happy to offer assistance and sorted it out pretty quickly.

Desventajas: precio bebida en restaurante.

Ventajas: Almost everything else was worth it. The customer service, breakfast, bedroom. The hotel was very well lit and decorated for Christmas under the theme "greatest show ever" with full carousel on display and shows enacted. Breakfast was superb, with a full spread of meats, live chef cooking omelettes, breads, fruits, teas, coffees. Its worth adding on breakfast with room. Restaurant on site provided delicious meals, with live cooking. Bedroom was very big with two beds for my accommodation, bathroom was big as well with walk in shower. Bathrobes and bedroom slippers provided. A plus for me. Bathrobes also needed for spa. Mini bar and tea facilities in the room. Staff were very professional and accommodating especially spa staff, who was able to provide full body scrubs although not previously booked with Swedish massages. This hotel has one of the biggest spa facilities, with cold baths, jacuzzi style pools, showers, ice bath as well.

Desventajas: Spa was very costly. Daily valet Parking is also quite expensive. No self service laundry close by, only paid laundry by hotel. Air was quite warm in the room and would not cool. Made sleeping very difficult. Not enough bathroom amenities for two or more persons.

Ventajas: It had good conference facilities.

Desventajas: The location is in a dull, out of the way district. The rooms are too small. The small amount of counter space was cluttered with overpriced offerings for food and drink. The check in and checkout procedures were inefficient and time consuming .

Ventajas: We were a big group and were well catered for. Food in Erva was delicious. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. We all enjoyed the Spa, pool and gym facilities. Great hotel overall.

Desventajas: Sometimes service was a bit slow in bar.

Ventajas: Wow!Tough question especially when the product is first class and ran like a "well oiled machine".

Desventajas: There is nothing I can say to improve perfection

Ventajas: Extremely comfortable bed and great breakfast! My first choice when visiting Lisbon.

Ventajas: I’ve visited many hotels in Lisbon over the last 12 months & this is by far the best hotel. The staff are extremely accommodating & the hygiene is excellent. I was delighted with my visit & i will definitely be using again.

Desventajas: N/a

Ventajas: Cama grande tamaño king en una planta superior (13th), así que no tuve problemas de ruido que otros huéspedes han escrito. Habitación y baño bien equipados (excelente presión de agua). El personal de recepción, la azafata y el personal del restaurante eran eficientes y también muy amables. El desayuno incluido era una buena adición; una selección lo suficientemente grande para satisfacer a la mayoría de los gustos.

Desventajas: Un pequeño gimnasio que no estaba anunciado en ninguno de los folletos del hotel y que no está abierto las 24 horas del día.

Ventajas: Very comfortable beds, nice room, fantastic breakfast. Close to Parque metro station and about a 20 minute walk to downtown area.

Desventajas: We had to ask them to clean our room in the afternoon despite leaving the 'Please clean' sign on the door. Our room faced the busy road so was quite noisy.

Ventajas: Just a city hotel, nothing really stands out

Ventajas: Great breakfast, location and nice clean rooms.

Desventajas: Traffic noise.

Ventajas: Instalaciones bastante bien, habitaciones bien, garaje a buen precio (10e por día), ubicación muy buena en una zona moderna, con corte inglés al lago y a un paseo del centro, evitando agobios.

Desventajas: El desayuno muy normalito para un 4 estrellas. El detalle bueno es que pude tomar un café con pastas a las 6 de la mañana porque tenía que coger un vuelo.

Ventajas: Todo en general nos encanto

Desventajas: La cama era demasiado blanda para mi.

Ventajas: La ubicación del hotel muy buena, sin estar en el casco histórico la comunicación con el mismo excelente. El personal de recepción muy amable y atento. La chica de recepción del desayuno también excelente. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. En general una estancia muy buena

Desventajas: El hotel no tiene restaurante y para cenar tiene una cafetería pero con poco servicio. Alrededor del hotel tampoco existe gran variedad para comer.

Ventajas: La música de fondo. :)

Desventajas: No tener una cama doble

Ventajas: We found the property to be in a good location however less able people may struggle with the walk to the centre although there are plenty of underground stations and buses nearby

Desventajas: Our only complaint was one day we had poor quality towels ie frayed and threadbare we showed reception staff who were very apologetic and gave us complimentary coffee and toast before we left

Ventajas: This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. They want you to believe it is, but it isn´t!! No way, probably 3 stars and has some things that a 2 star hotel offers. The breakfast at the IBIS (2-3 stars) is better!!!!!!! NO TV IN OTHER LANGUAGES, nothing in English (only BBC Entertainment, I mean CNN, BBC, SkyNews), nothing in French, German or even Spanish!!!!!!!!!! Good grief, it´s supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! TOO MUCH NOISE, the airplanes fly directly overhead, and the hotel is on the corner of busy streets, so you hear motorcycles, cars and ambulances, everything!! Way too noisy with the window open. If you close the window, only the fan works, no heating or air conditioning that is appreciable, and it was a little warm in the room as you can only open the window on a crack. Bathtub DID NOT DRAIN. Towels are not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Since the design of the room leads you to believe it´s a 4 star hotel, I guess they are fooling tourists that don´t know the difference, but I´ve never seen a 4 star hotel like this. The breakfast IS VERY MEDIOCRE (the breakfast at the 2-3 star IBIS is better), they put out the cheaper Portuguese pastries, no "pasteis de nata", the most famous ones (they must be more expensive!!), they put a SPOON in the honey bowl, really tacky!! (there is a utensil for honey). Yogurt from the carton, bacon was inedible, not the good type of bacon, and the eggs and beans were cold. Only the fresh fruit saved the day. Breakfast was not a 4 star breakfast and the hotel is NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL.

Desventajas: Habitación pequeña. Cuarto de baño también reducido.

Ventajas: Ubicación e instalaciones

Ventajas: Las habitaciones, la zona del hotel y el personal excelente.

Desventajas: Un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede decirte justo cuando llegas que su garaje es pequeño y los coches grandes no entran. El mío no es muy grande que digamos y no me dejaron entrar.

Ventajas: La atención y amabilidad de sus empleados

Desventajas: Correcto todo

Ventajas: Me gustó todo. El trato del personal desde el momento de la llegada. Las habitaciones amplias, ¡limpisimas!, El desayuno riquísimo... quedamos absolutamente encantados con todo. Como valor añadido, nos encantan los aviones y desde nuestra habitación se veían genial!

Desventajas: No podría valorar nada mal.

Ventajas: Very good location

Desventajas: Service is inappropriate. No drinking water in room, no slippers. There was no wifi at room, then we have to change the floor in order to have internet.
