the hotel is very nice, everything looks new, a lot of facilities - indoor and outdoor pool, great spa center, fitness center, hair dresser, spacious accommodation .... altogether great value for money some of the staff was unprofessional (around the pool, on the reception) - they didn't seem to eager to work or did not speak english, except for the client relations, the beach could have been more clean
The beach was the only decent part of this so-called resort. The staff was horrific. We asked to be taken to a restaurant/bar in Bodrum and ended up being taken to a random town where it was clear the hotel staff was coordinating with unsavory restaurant owners to bring business. They pretend they are 5 star but I would give it not even one star, the staff was rude, unaccommodating and spoke NO English. They should not be ranked as a 5 star hotel. This experience makes me question Kayak's business policy as it relates to hotel ratings. I feel completely scammed.
Gumusluk is a little heaven and the hotel is very well situated with a beautiful pool. Staff not on top of things
We stayed at the hotel at the end of the season (end of October) which meant that there were hardly any other guests in the hotel and we had the pool to ourselves. The only English speaking member of staff was rather unfriendly and divided her time between reception, breakfast room and other tasks, it was thus difficult to get hold of her in the morning if you had any questions or queries.
Obliging staff being the only residents.Cost of drinks. Cost of canoe/catamaran hire.
Either the staff of the Hotel and the Sailing club which were very professional. The Bodrum golf club is only 15 minutes driving and it is a perfect location for enjoy all kind of sports.Gumusluk is one of the very last Paradise around the overcrowded Bodrum. nn
