The rest of the staff was very kind and helpful.

This has been the first time that I experience such a behaviour by a member of a hotel staff. Although the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful, I met Mr. N. at the reception desk and he was aggressive, rude and even ironic to me. When I left the reception desk, he even mocked me!! I contacted his manager to complain and she just said that he has been a trusted employee and nothing could be done, but she would accomodate me if I ever visit the hotel again (which I will not of course). I did not ask for any measure to be taken against him, however, I was shocked that neither him, nor the manager on his behalf found a way to apologize in a sincere way! This behaviour has been unprecedented in my many years of travelling.

Nos gusto mucho la comodidad de la pieza y la calidad humana del personal. Además la cama era muy comoda

Está un poco alejado de la ciudad, aunque con el tren se llega rapido para el centro. Los precios del restaurant eran muy caros.
