We stayed in Jackson at another hotel earlier in the week before our reservation at the Wort. We happened to eat at the grill restaurant in the hotel and the service was awful. Our server took our appetizer before we were finished and tried to take a half full drink of mine away. We didn't receive our entrees until an hour after we were seated with a 35 minute wait between the appetizer being taken away and the entree appearing. When we asked if our food was coming the staff was unhelpful though our food appeared shortly thereafter. I have no problem with a kitchen running behind or an order being forgotten, but it is not okay to not acknowledge the issue. They took 20% off our bill but given that the food was mediocre at best, we left very dissatisfied. We plan to come back to Jackson Hole but will not be returning to eat at the hotel, nor would we reccomend it.
The decor was beyond spacious was fantastically western. The staff was extremely hospitable. Once in the room we never left, it was that luxurious! The room had a soaking tub that was to die for! The room had two king beds and still plenty of room. It was also incredibly quiet. Amazing location just off "the square." There was not one bad thing about this place!
Due to an error on my part our reservation got messed up. Management fixed it for us with no penalty. Excellent service!
We had a great experience, super clean, affordable prices for mini bar stuff, staff was super accommodating, great location. Will stay again. Parking was tight but we were in our new truck traveling from Idaho so it is a full size Ram 2500, she's a beast and can be hard to park anyways
We had a great experience at this hotel. I don't have anything bad to say about it. I would definately stay there again.
Fireplace in the room was a really nice feature Dishes in the dish washer were 'clean' but not so much there were crusty food particles on the silverware and 1 one of the coffee cups definitely had to be re-washed as well
Although the room was very clean, it was the smallest suite I have ever seen. The location was great, just a short walk to the downtown area.
Location - across street from Cache Creek with geese and goslings and near the plaza with the antler arch and the western shoot-out nightly and interesting taverns and all. Our room had no view. Hotel did not have wi-fi. The shower a bit clumsy to adjust and operate / drain on it was loose. The dryer was out of order while we were there. The beds were double instead of queen-size.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites in Jackson Hole, WY. The location was excellent. Close to downtown. There were so many amenities that added so much to our trip: great breakfast every morning (until 10:00 - nice for late sleepers), coffee, tea, hot chocolate, spiced cider available in the lobby 24/7, hot chocolate chip cookies and milk every night at 8:00pm, Mon-Thurs they had a nice dinner - nothing fancy but a nice alternative to eating out (financially and convenient). The room was always clean and even washed dishes in the sink! The only negatives were no bathtub (mostly bothered my husband who does not like showers) and the bedroom was small....but that's the trade-off to have the kitchen. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed six days, so got to know all of them. We would definitely stay there again. Our stay was in the in-between season so the rates were very reasonable, and an added bonus was many of the resturants had 2 for 1 specials. ...
We loved everything about it! The rooms the decor the dining and the staff. The location was superb and our favorite thing was the roof deck with fire pits and the hot tub. Nothing.
The room was small but beds/pillows excellent Their restaurant is the reason to stay there. I thought the prices were a bit on the high side.
The quaint, romatic atmosphere, room furnishings, woodburning fireplace in the room, rooftop hot tub with firepits, and exceptional dining experience at the Wild Sage. Not a thing I did not like.
Love the location for solo travelers! They were under renovation so the price was a bit steep
The location close to downtown was very convenient. The room was nothing fancy but for the price that was expected. However, it needed updated and was not very clean. There were stains on the walls and carpet, cracks in the bathroom linoleum. The towels were discolored yellow with use.
It was a good location to downtown, but the room I had was down a back alley which was creepy. Its run down and was defintlely not worth more than 200 a night
Wow! I have stayed at many high end hotels and I have never had an experience like I did at the Super 8 in Jackson. The hotel staff were beyond friendly! The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! It was clean and an overall comfortable experience! Thanks!
The room were spacious (we had a 2-queen bed room) and very clean. Breakfast was good, there was waffles, bread, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. Close to grocerystores. Good value for the money. It´s located outside Jackson hole and it´s a bit to drive to get to most places in Grand Teton national park.
Check-in took just few minutes and staff was really friendly. Parking for guests provided without extra fee.
The price was good for the area. The rooms were clean and quiet. The rooms were somewhat tight and corridors were narrow.
The staff gets an A+!!!! I have stayed in hotels all over the world and not once have I been able to claim lost property left in the room... On this trip I left my Nikon D90 in the room. By the time I had landed back in MSP I had a voice mail from their office asking for an address to send the camera to. This alone made the trip! 133 a night for a super 8 is a little steep... But given the location and the upscale tourist location of the town its expected. Quite honestly unless you are looking for a romantic getaway your time in Jackson Hole would be better spent exploring the area!
Value for the money. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Complemtary light breakfast. Cold or tepid water for shower. Door handle in bathroom needed to be replaced. Had to slam room door to get it to lock.
Location relative to downtown and to area worksites. Good value for price. Friendly and responsive staff. The breakfast was a tad skimpy for someone working 12-hour days; I mostly did my own "in-room" thing.
Nothing good about this hotel. Absolutely the worst hotel we've ever been to. Sheets were dirty, rooms smelled, beds sagged. The hotel needs major updating.
Friendly front desk clerk. No elevator though access to room is via interior staircase. Expensive (over $200/night) for dated and very average accommodations. No extra linens/pillows in room. Average cold breakfast (toaster waffles, pre-packaged pastries, etc). Very basic hotel compared to other offerings in Jackson at the same price.
Fairly reasonable prices for location. Small breakfast area. Very limited choice of breakfast items. No swimming pool or spa.
The staff was warm and welcoming. They were most helpful in providing great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Nothing, very satisfied.
The room was very clean & modern. The location was great, easy to reach. The breakfast was amazing! Well worth the cost in my opinion. They only serve breakfast. We stayed the night before heading back home to Colorado. After a day of hiking all I wanted to do was order in but didn't have the option.

I liked several things about the Alpine House. I was greeted by a friendly staff and briefed on the ammenities of the lodge, The room was clean and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to the town square and convient to the Teton Park.
Quaint, downtown but off the beaten path, within walking distance to everything, staff very friendly and helpful.
Moderately priced, hot tub, great location between Teton village and Jackson proper. A tad run down (room wise), less than comfortable beds, very loud upstairs traffic.
Very spacious; it warlike an apartment with a bedroom (2 queen beds), full kitchen, bath and a half, and a living/dining area with fold-out couch.. Washer & dryer included in suite. Decor & furnishings were dated. No breakfast available. Pool was brand new but unavailable for use.
Nice pool and fire pit area. Very old and outdated. Noisy. Could hear every step the people on 2nd floor took, every word the people in next door room said, and every vehicle that passed on busy street beside our room. Dead bolt lock on exterior door was non-functional. Tiniest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel/motel. I've seen larger bathrooms in campers. Very dimly lit room.. One day during stay housekeeping did not leave toilet tissue. When I called the front desk, I was told I would have to come get it if I wanted any as housekeeping had already left for day. Depressing to stay in this uninviting lodge. Unfriendly, unhelpful, unaccommodating staff.
Amazing views of the mountains right from the room, the outdoor hot tub was great in the 2 degree weather, and the wood burning stove in the room was great. Loved everything about it.
Everything about this property is first-rate. High-quality bedding, beautiful buildings, and a friendly staff. My favorite feature was the wood-burning fireplace, which the host offered to light for me. How many places allow a real fire indoors these days? The overall experience is that you are an invited guest at the ranch of a friendly (and wealthy) relative. Loved it. I had a downstairs unit, which allowed some of the "footstep" noise from above to disturb my sleep. The parking lot is some distance from the farthest units, which are 4-room cabins. There are no covered walkways, so a rainy checkout is not fun. Still, would choose this place again over a regular hotel!
The view from our room was just gorgous! The food at the Granary was expensive and bad.
We loved the location. The room was dingy and the bed was old and saggy. That part was not good and was very disappointing. Otherwise we liked it.
Wonderful location, views are tremendous. The in-room fireplace was great. The facility was very nice, quiet and clean. Off season so the hot tub did not look like it was being maintained.
There is no better view of the Teton Mountains. This was our fourth time staying at the Spring Creek Ranch. The staff is great. It is one of our favorite places in the Country. Jackson Hole has a lot of fun things to do.
There are four rooms to a block...two upstairs and two downstairs. We were with family. One room had a fabulous view of the Tetons from its balcony. The other room was downstairs and had a nice view of a pond. The rooms were cabin like and felt private. The fireplaces are a nice touch. The bathroom was a little small.
very pleased with amenities, service and value...will definitely return
The breakfast was ok. Exorbitant price for a Hampton Inn - more than double what I had paid elsewhere. When I made the reservation, because of the price, I wrongfully assumed it would be something special. I was wrong. The room was small and cramped - smaller than any Hampton Inn room I had ever stayed in. Plus, after I arrived, I was told that I wouldn't receive Hilton Honors points because of how I booked the hotel.
Not really any complaints about the facility, except for microscopic bathrooms. Barely usable by one person. No counter space.
The rooms are pretty soundproof and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is better than most similar hotel chains and is very convenient. I thought it was pricey for a Hampton Inn. The only problem I had with the room was the heavy curtains only covered the edges of the window so when the sun came up there was no sleeping in.
The room was comfortable, great value, and excellent front desk and housekeeping staff. Breakfast staff needs improvement!
Location good. Breakfast good. With an early booked reservation, we were placed in handicapped room with very uncomfortable mattress and small room. We like Hamptons because of the great comfort mattresses and when we were back in a few days we were given regular room with great mattresses. bIG difference! If booked at last minute I would understand. Reserved way ahead! Will definitely have ??? Next time Being given handicapped room with uncomfortable mattress instead of regular room. Not much willingness from staff when questioned why.
Everything was great! The breakfast every morning was delicious, I liked that there was free coffee available all day. Not enough parking
Loved the location which was out of the hubub of downtown but close enough to drive in a few minutes. quiet peaceful and my room had a wonderful view. The restaurant was superb, great food great service. This is a bit expensive but booking at a less busy time got me a nice discount.
Staff was wonderful Parking is an extra cost and on top of a very high nightly rate they also charge a resort fee. Found that for the money things were small and needed some sprucing up.
We asked to change rooms to the opposite side of the hotel and they were very accommodating. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the adults loved hanging out at the fire pit while the kids swam. Everyone loved the mountain coaster but it was a bit pricey. Fireplaces and couches in the lobby were a wonderful place to hang out in the evening. It seemed like all the food/ restaurant options were very pricey.
SUPER fast internet, 50 Mbps per Internet speed test. The bed provided firm, yet compliant support. It was nice not to sink towards the center of the bed. There was no TV Guide in the room and the front desk seemed a bit put out by that request. Once provided, it had several errors which was a bit disconcerting. Also, when asked by website to log in, I was charged $10 more per night. That's DIRTY POOL.
The in-town location was great, and the common facilities were expansive and nice. The heat/ac was ridiculously noisy. It woke me evey time it kicked on. Also there was a loud party going on in the parking lot for hours. I would not stay at Snow King again.
The room was really spacious, plenty of storage, nice location near of Jackson Downtown, the staff was really friendly. Just when we though this was a perfect hotel... at the moment my wife was going to take a shower we notice the tiles on the bath tub had mold, to be honest the whole bathroom did not look that clean, we stayed two nights but we only took a shower ONCE.
The hugely load A/C machine. We had to change rooms to the other side because it was ridiculously loud in the room. The hugely loud ice vending machine was another source of discomfort. At least make sure tha the door closes automatically!
Updated hotel rooms, nice pool area, friendly, helpful staff, walking distance to town but far enough away to be quiet and secluded Not sure why I was charged a resort fee with a pool and gym, which are included in most hotels.
Snow King has a perfect location and I cannot say enough about how incredible the staff was. Both bartenders was super kind and gave incredible service and the front desk staff was equally as helpful. You can tell that the hotel has just had a remodel, but unfortunately nothing was done to help with the noise and it is so loud. However the aesthetics of our room was very nice and we really enjoyed the hot tub, but could not get in the pool because it was filthy. My husband and I got no sleep. We could hear everything in the other rooms... even other peoples cell phones dining. We were on the 4th floor and could hear the elevator beep every time someone got one which happened all night long. I need my sleep so we will not be returning to this Hotel.
Very modern and unique hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Location was great for walking to everything in downtown Jackson Hole. Roof top hot tub not working and still charged a daily resort fee.
Décor was great......fireplace in our room.....loved it. Staff was always smiling and very helpful to our needs. Everything still looked new. The Deck out back was very relaxing and comfy after a long day being a tourist.... Hot tub was not operational and I would like to have known this before the booking....would have really liked to relax under the stars.
Good location Awful room, indifferent staff, and so freezing cold because the heat was broken. We had to buy a space heater. No one cared or put any effort forth
Painted Buffalo has outdid itself since I stayed there just a few years ago. Newer hotel décor in the rooms, new luxury towels, and extraordinarily pleasant staff. I really appreciated the 'late check-out' and swimming pool. The only thing that could be improved might be the parking.
It wold be nice if they had better parking and a hot tub, other than that it was great.
We had a place to sleep. The office was very nice and updated. The rooms were not updated. Parking, towels were not very white, fail on the wake-up call, very utilitarian. Stairs were interesting with the trash bin at the top which you had to maneuver around. Just kind of odd.
Exceptional staff, with very comfortable surroundings and amenities. Quiet yet close to downtown (great walk-about). Nothing to add here. Definitely a place to stay again and again.
Wonderful, beautiful, comfortable, clean, perfect place for our 1-night stay after 5 days backpacking the Grand Tetons. Jacuzzi tub in our room was a plus, the breakfast was superb, and the staff was delightful. Would love to go back!
Antique looking furniture, big comfortable bed, big bath tub, flat screen TV with multiple channels. Proximity to gas station. Patio is open and right in front of parking lot. It's basically a chair outside. Water jets inthe bath tub doesn't work. Maybe mine was broken. Location - It's located on outskirts of Jackson, middle town has much better view and it has lots of other hotels in town.
