El precio era bueno para la ubicación y la limpieza de la habitación. El pasillo olía fuertemente a humo de tabaco.
La ubicación es estupenda y el precio es razonable. Los muebles son escasas, pero cómoda.
Personal muy amable, las habitaciones limpias, buena cama y un buen desayuno. Entrar y salir de las instalaciones de aparcamiento era difícil debido a las obras en la carretera.

The layout of the room was so efficient! We loved the fact that one could shower and yet there was a seperate lavoritory. Ok, I don't want to be a punk here, but ..... there really was not anyting! Even the "Free" breakfast seemed first rate. Hampton has been getting pretty chinsy lately.
Room was comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast was rather ordinary. No help with luggage. And the big surprise was that we were charged for parking. When we arrived, the front desk person asked 'Would you like a parking pass?' when what she should have asked is "Would you like to buy a parking pass?' For the price we paid for the room, we would have expected more spectacular breakfast, help with luggage, and free parking.
They were super accommodating for us traveling with our two dogs, an put us in a room with easy outdoor access. The breakfast left a bit to be desired
The staff were very helpful in each interaction. Octopus Coffee nearby is EXCELLENT! Paperthin walls resulted in lots of noise from neighbors and outdoors. Very lump bed and pillows resulted in very little restful sleep over three nights.
I've stayed at the properties before so I was holding this hotel to the same standards and was really disappointed. The girl that checked us in was a little rude and seemed to give robot responses to questions we asked about restraints. The room was very old. The mattress appeared to have a stain on it. The shower was clean but there was. I soap or shampoo so be sure to bring your own.
The staff was very nice and got us checked in quick during our late night check in. We had small children with us and after being in the room for about 15 minutes the lady at the front desk knocked on our door and said the people below were complaining. My kids were not running or jumping, we were just trying to get them settled in quick for an early morning. I understand it was late but still I think it was unnecessary after only barely walking in the door to be told to be quiet when we're not making excessive noise in any way.
Dog bark was not bad. Hard boiled eggs hard to peal. Small item. Staff was very very good.
It's hard to get a real good feel for a hotel in one night but no complaints. We were showing some friends around downtown since we inherited some property on the other end of the mall. We had dinner and drinks so it was nice to close to the hotel. The beds were awesome, very comfortable and the staff was friendly. The elevator rubber wheels made a sliding sounds when coming to a stop on the 4th floor. It sounded like the rubber wheels were trying to catch up with the elevator stopping, a little weird sounding and bothersome. You might want to check on that.

Very nice,clean,comfortable beds,nice pool area and had a playground for younger children. I think that's a bonus for young families! There wasn't anything I didn't like! We enjoyed our stay very much!
Room was nice and clean and they gave us a warm cookie each during check in, which was a nice touch. We were on the sixth floor but the elevators were close and we were able to get to our room quickly. The pool and jacuzzi closed really early, which I wasn't too thrilled about.
The staff was great! So friendly. My only complaints would be that the general hotel temperature was way too hot. 80 degrees in May. I was dying and I'm from California . And the wierd eggs for breakfast that I thought were just eggs but had a creamy cheese filling. Should have been labeled .Otherwise, I loved the place and will for sure stay there again. And will! Comfy beds...get a balcony..so worth it.

The hotel was very clean and well kept up. The staff were all friendly and smiling the entire time we were there. I loved that the young lady at the front desk was interested in why we were there and gave some great suggestions for food, activities, etc.
The rooms and facility were overall decently cleaned. The comfort of the rooms was awful. The bed felt like I had slept on a bed of bricks. The hallways smelled terribly of Marijuana smoke. For the price of the room a lot more was expected.

After our "over booked-no room available" welcome, I was not in a mood to find much to appreciate. "No room, we are oversold" Both my daughters & my booking provided an extensive conservation about sleeping accomidation. Steven, the desk clerk was doing his best to find rooms at other hotels. Everyone was full. After suggesting that I was considering restricting company expense allowances by any employee traveling on company business at all Marriott locations, he located one room at his hotel and found one additional room at another location. During the course of our conversation he mentioned that his manager instructed him to over book the number of rooms available. A very frosting experience!!!!!! (We called and informed the hotel that we would be checking in late)
Pets were allowed, the breakfast was great and varied, and the suite and hotel were very clean. The free use of the gas BBQ was a great bonus to not have to eat out.

Helpful Staff Every door on my floor slammed ridiculously loud anytime one was used- not conducive to relaxing or getting much needed sleep.
The complimentary breakfast was great. I believe, Marta, had the place up and running before 6am. The French toast was not overcooked, had hot syrup, & sausage was great. Sil, at check-in, was accomadating to get me a first floor room after a long day of traveling. She was also friendly at check-out early the next morning. The room was not clean. There was someone else's hair from shaving on & around the dish that had the shampoo/soap bottles. The bathroom had at least a week worth of dust on top of the shower. Dirty washcloths were in the bathroom as well. The tea bags in the room were stained so at one time they had gotten wet, but were just returned & flipped over. I probably will not be back to your location!
They were nice the rooms were clean they have an outside pool that my kids loved so all in all they had fun as did I.
No one was around to greet me/ check me in when I arrived, another guest had to find someone for me. Online reservation didn't go through, had to pay twice as much for the night. Bathroom door doesn't latch/lock. Could hear someone with the TV blaring all night on one side and someone snoring on the other side. Got a few hours away by car and realized front desk man didn't give me my license back. I called six times over the next 24 hours with no answer before I called the Grand Junction police department, who of course got an answer on the first ring. Still haven't received my license in the mail...
I have stayed at Mesa Inn before without any issues. This time was a nightmare. It took three (3) times for them to get my key right, them the room was dirty. I was then moved to another room that was even worse. The maid made the beds with the dirty sheets on them, hair in the tub, bathroom floors were filthy, sink had muck in it, carpet was not vacuumed, and someones personnel beginnings were still in the room. The manager looked at me and said sorry I don't have anymore rooms. He didn't offer even to have someone clean it for me. The maintenance man offered to clean my room. I wasn't even offered any kind of compensation for my horrible experience. I usually stay two nights. I felt like the manage should have compensated part of the price of my room. It took two (2) hours for me to get a clean room.
It was bug infested and smelled like urine. AC did not work. The carpet was way overdue for replacement.
