Great bed. Balcony.
Location. Rooms. Staff. Clean. Parking!!! A quick painless drive over to CSUN. The price - but it's The Valley, everything is expensive.

A very decent hotel, with big, clean rooms on a nice and quiete street in Chatsworth. The breakfast was very poor and every day the same. No cheese, no meat, no eggs, only sweet (honey, jam, etc, etc.)
Location Where to begin dirty stupid staff all in this place sucks wish I could get refund. First got keys to a room that already had guest. No mini fridge no microwave what the hell
Breakfast, room confortable. Clean. I got a smoking room I'm a non smoker.
Over all, it wasn't a bad place to stay on an inexpensive business trip. Staff was friendly when available, towels and linens were clean and plentiful. The building is starting to show its age. Lighting is dark in the hallways and rooms. The furniture, closets, and bathroom areas are looking a bit rough around the edges. The floors were pretty dirty and my room's carpet had numerous stains with a 'stickiness' to floor. I wore socks the entire time. Only one of the two electronic keys would on the security entrance, and the other would only work in the room door but were not labeled as such. Pretty minimal complimentary breakfast.
friendly staff ,good sevice. small space for breakfast
Facility was conveniently located off major highway, quiet and comfortable. I appreciated the free parking and internet. Breakfast was fair at best with mainly cold cereal and toast.
the pool and outside area were quiet and clean the hot tub looked dirty but everything was clean
Price Lobby smelled like a tobacco farm. Noisy. Slow front desk service, almost rude. Will not stay again!
The location was great for us because we were doing something in the area. The staff was really nice--they even okayed me to park in a handicapped spot without my placard (my daughter uses a wheelchair). The breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent! They also have a small store in the lobby with reasonably priced items. All of the electrical outlets in our room were LOOSE. Can you say fire hazard? The beds were firmer spring type mattresses which worked for my daughter, but not for me. The cheap rooms are right on the road and according to my daughter it can be loud at night (I go to bed early and sleep like a log).
