Location was excellent, room was small but passable. Cleaning staff were great! facilities were good.
Family share accommodations have extremely loud closing doors. Other guests were not aware or didn't care about noise levels at night (maybe some signage to ask guest to be quiet after a specific time would be good). No private drying rooms for snow equipment Minimal parking

Possibly best value for money in Qtown. Excellent beds and good heating.
The bathrooms and kitchen was totally adequte but getting quite dated an extractor fan noisey. Not much sound insulation between rooms... the glorious sounds of vomitting and other people's sex....

“This is by far the best hostel with best heater through out our stay in NZ. The best heater. By the time we checked in into our unit, we were the only customer in the house. Practically, we can use the tv, kitchen, toilets all by ourselves”
“It meets expectations but it’s pretty run down. Staff very friendly and welcoming. A great French guy and a girl called moon I believe . Fantastic people . Good location in walking distance of town.”

“A wonderful apartment complete with all amenities. Rooms each have heaters, including the bathroom. Staff were all friendly and accomodating. The tours and activities desk is a huge help for tourists. Not to mention they offer hot beverages at the reception too. Close to the city centre and tourist spots. Priced reasonably and great for small groups.”
