Cabin crew were excellent Business class seating quite roomy
Food was ok but not to the standards of Qantas / Emirates or Etihad The cabin seating etc, looked a little tired & dated & the seats mechanical operation was clunky. Toiletries bag provided was quite limited, but was fit for purpose.
I had to pay for everything. only the water was for free. No, of course I had to pay for that on the ticket plane.
The plane itself was awesome!
The customer service I received on the plane however was probably the worst service I've ever had and I fly a lot. From a stewardess giving me grief for requesting coke and crackers to the overall customer experience was very much lacking!
Me cambiaron 3 veces los asientos. Elmvielo se atrasó casi dos horas.

The Crew tried to work with what they have.
1. Plane to small. there was no room. 2. Flight was delayed for 2 hors. 3. my suitcase was sent down to storage and my back pack have to be put under my feet. but there was two more tenet my seat already. 4. We have to board the plane in the middle of the airport. and have to walk a lot to get the gate signed. 5. Once arrived I had to connect to American Airlines flight and have to walk one mille and change to get to the other side of the airport. It will be ok, but I was with a 3 year old minor and I have to deal with this and the child
We flew Latam to go snowboarding in Argentina. The moment we arrived at the desk to check in, it was chaos. We waited in line for almost 2 hours to check in. When we got to Buenos Aires, our snowboard bags had not made it on the flight. Having to deal with Latam agents who hardly spoke English and were not helpful at all was intensity frustrating. Our bags finally got to our destination 2 days later. We had to drive to the airport to pick them up because they were not going to deliver them for another day, so we would have been 3 days without our snowboard gear. Latam did nothing to compensate us for the days lost no did they even seem to care. This is one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. I booked a return flight on Delta and lost $1000 just so I don’t have to deal with Latam again. Any money you save on a flight is not worth having to deal with this company. Stick with reliable American-based companies with customer service that is up to American standards.
