Desventajas: I checked in online and paid for a checked piece of baggage, never received the boarding pass, so when I arrived to the airport to drop off the luggage and wait for boarding, the machines didn't recognize my ticket locator and I had to stand in line for almost 2 hours (missed my flight)…

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive

Ventajas: Crew was very pleasant and quick with service.

Desventajas: There was no in-flight entertainment! This is ridiculous for an overnight, international flight.

Desventajas: I don’t understand why we had to pay for checked bags. Second, we paid for advanced assignment of 4 seats (middle) to travel together, but one person ended up getting separated; it does not make sense

Ventajas: Attendant's were nice

Ventajas: The new plane and the entertainment system are great. Especially liked being able to order drinks and pay for them from the entertainment system

Desventajas: The seats like most airlines are uncomfortable and the leg room is bad.

Ventajas: Boarding was good and food too.

Desventajas: The flight to Fort Lauderdale was delayed more than one hour and no information about landing was provided at Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Ventajas: I liked Landing and leaving off the flight.

Desventajas: They provided no drinks or food for a 12hr flight. I was Charged $100 for my luggage when the check in process didn’t give me the option to pay at the kiosk. We were delayed by 2hrs and missed all connecting trains to my final destination.

Ventajas: Meal surprisingly good. Crew friendly, professional, and efficient.

Desventajas: Small seats 4 abreast--too close for any comfort for transatlantic flight. Would not fly this particular airplane again if possible.

Ventajas: Food OK, seating OK, crew professional.

Desventajas: Air Canada, whose flight this was, was understaffed and disorganized in Milan. No kiosks for self service, no identification of which line to wait in for what, lines spilling over into common area with >100 people and their luggage waiting. Waited almost an hour just to get a boarding pass.

Ventajas: Indifferent crew and confused/disorganised service!

Desventajas: Crew needs to be more engaging and helpful...

Ventajas: Seat was comfortable

Desventajas: Had reasonable size carry on and it was frowned upon? Seat was right behind business class and separation curtain just is my laps

Desventajas: Better entertainment for an 8 hour flight. Take under consideration that tall guys can’t be squeezed in for 8 hours.Give some space to people who really need it

Ventajas: The crew was good, not amazing and the seats were adequate, not generous. The food was sppealing.

Desventajas: The whole experience was positive.

Desventajas: if my luggage would of arrived with me, Swiss airlines left behind 2 of 4 pieces of luggage in Zurich! I hope I can get them back!

Desventajas: Luggage Fees out of Croatia despite my One World Status were a big surprise!

Desventajas: Very tight seating in the double decker near the rear particularly for a six hour flight. Food and drink were very good and check -in clerk got us on an earlier flight. Only complaint really was the lack of any leg room.

Desventajas: Rerouted thru LA and I have filled in all the challenges faced in previous review.

Ventajas: The crew was excellent. However the business class seats were terrible. You had to step over a sleeping customer to get out of the seat. There was no place to put anything other than a distant little drawer under the TV. The food choices were the same old chicken and pasta.

Desventajas: The plane we got on time to board was delayed enough to miss our connecting flight, so delayed another 3 hours when missing the next flight.

Ventajas: Entertainment monitors were in good shape and responsive. Selection was not bad.

Ventajas: Staff were helpful, pleasant, and attentive. Really appreciated that due to the length of my layover in Doha, I was given a hotel room - which I hadn't asked for, and which Qatar Airlines personnel told me I might be able to get, and then arranged or me. That's excellent service!

Desventajas: I wish NO ONE's seat tipped back - space is already tight, and if everyone just stayed in their own space rather than tipping seats aback, everyone would have more room! Once the person in front has leaned their seat back, it's impossible to really use the tray, which is pretty frustrating.

Ventajas: Food choice was good & amazing crew .

Desventajas: Plug for charging phone was not there that cause problem for me as my battery of phone was dead. Shocked to know that.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing but I was on a United flight since American was late leaving Athens. AA booked me on a later flight from Chicago to San Francisco on United. They issued separate inside seats for my wife and I. United showed me their kindness by putting us together in economy Plus.

Desventajas: I don't blame American for being late but putting me on a United flight and splitting up my wife and I seperate seats was a little under the bar.

Ventajas: FYI this was actually an American Airlines flight (AA 104) not BA. Anyway I love those 777-300ER’s, they are huge with great up to date ambient lighting, excellent, outstanding entertainment , and I had the whole row to myself. I often take this flight when flying home from LHR to JFK. 5 stars!

Desventajas: Schedule issues, rerouted thru LA, very very painful travel, multiple security checks for an issue from the airline schedule. Airline doesn’t give reroute options. Two bags opened and missing personal items. Very frustrating travel. Kids meal choices missing on rerouted flights. I can go on...

Ventajas: Amazing crew , very accommodating , and friendly , professional, excellent!

Desventajas: Perhaps slightly better food, however choice of liquor & beer was excellent with tremendous service. 5 star service across the board.

Desventajas: Seats don’t recline at all and wasn’t even offered water on a close to 3 hour flight. Bare bones service to be sure.
