Desventajas: Seats don’t recline at all and wasn’t even offered water on a close to 3 hour flight. Bare bones service to be sure.

Desventajas: 4 hour delay. First class boarded first - good. Then it is a free-for-all for everyone to load all at once. Norwegian needs to implement "Boarding groups" for loading the aircraft to have a smoother process.

Desventajas: 2.5 hours late, ground crew horrible.

Ventajas: There was little to like about the entire travel experience. The check-in line was the longest I have ever seen, almost 90 minutes of waiting. The check-in & gate staff were rude and had no care for our check-in situation or information about the delayed and changed flight! Never Norwegian again!

Desventajas: Everything. The plane crew, which was subcontracted airline, not Norwegian, did the best they could with the upset and tired passengers.

Ventajas: Seat was very good. The headrest was conducive to sleeping

Desventajas: The crew at the check-in counter was inefficient and gruff. At the boarding gate, there was no one there and no announcements until after the time the plane was scheduled to depart.

Ventajas: The staff member at the gate was friendly.

Desventajas: No staff at all to help with checking in bags. No communication from the pilot or crew about what was causing delays, or estimated arrival time.

Ventajas: The food and entertainment were great.

Ventajas: My husband was on a business trip and his company booked him in business class. Economy was overbooked they cave me a free upgrade so I could sit with him!

Desventajas: Cost of extra bag. Also size limit for overhead carryon

Ventajas: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.

Desventajas: The food was mediocre and the selection of movies was very limited.

Desventajas: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Ventajas: Crew was good, seat was not, it was freezing cold and one little blanket was inadequate!

Desventajas: Provide another blanket when needed, was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

Ventajas: Crew was great. Seats were comfortable.

Desventajas: The airline lost both of my luggage suitcases.

Desventajas: Entertainment system on my transatlantic flight was outdated and functioned poorly. Also, the promised WiFi connection wasn’t working, and the flight attendant I spoke to basically said, “yeah, I think it’s broken.”

Ventajas: The only thing I liked was the company of the people sitting next to me on the flight and the fact that we arrived safely.

Desventajas: The service at the check in counter could have been better. The online booking should have clearly stated that there will be a additional charge for check in luggage The crew on the flight used my overhead storage for their own bags and I had to put my bag under my legs. I barely fit in the seat

Ventajas: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Desventajas: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Desventajas: Fewer fat peasants with too much hand luggage. Seriously, control the hand luggage before people bring it aboard.

Desventajas: A/C was not working well, cabin was too warm and stuffy. Long delay on take off. Can not hear and understand pilot through PA system.

Ventajas: The seats were comfortable, entertainment during the long flight was very good.

Desventajas: Do not show options with a connecting flight boarding before the first flight has arrived. My family had to run a long distance from our arriving gate to the departing one in the Munich airport, which is not a small one!! Luckily United was holding the plane for us!

Desventajas: Did my check-in 24 hours before to make sure I would have an aisle seat ... Lufthansa changed my seat at last minute to a window seat!!! What a poor customer experience.

Ventajas: From Doha to lax my assigned seat was 20K and some Isidore changed it before I arrived to Doha. Then I called in to get another window seat and likely got 29K. When entering the aircraft another moron changed to to 38E. I’m so definitely getting my refund for this customer service/ flight !

Desventajas: Fight was late taking off. Sat on tarmac for almost an hour upon landing. Crew was unprofessional and did not keep the passengers updated on what was happening. Very disappointing.

Desventajas: The plane was very old. It had cigarette ash tray in the armrests and bathrooms. It also only had three screens to watch movies. The headphone jack did not work properly and you could not hear the movie well. There were no screens in the chairs in front.
