Ventajas: Buenas opciones de entretenimiento, un montón de buenas películas para elegir. El vuelo llegó a tiempo, llegamos antes de la hora prevista.

Desventajas: La tripulación parece tener algunos problemas entre ellos y se reflejó en el servicio que ofreció a los pasajeros. Algunos de ellos eran groseros.

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Desventajas: Allow field research of all terminals to best decide for the next flight to book. If I were 3 seconds off and not running on my last leg to Naga, I would have been stuck in Manila for the entire duration of my trip.

Desventajas: They keep the cabin temperature too warm the entire flight. The seats are too stiff.

Desventajas: Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3.

Desventajas: Check in was not available and had to fly standby despite having reservation.

Desventajas: The staff were pleasant and professional - the online check in was efficient. Really excellent and no recommendations for improvements.

Ventajas: Movie selection was excellent. The package of peanuts was pretty small.

Desventajas: package of peanuts was very very small. I think for a flight of that length, a larger snack would be appropriate

Desventajas: Wasn't allowed to board because my sister is autistic traveling with her service dog. This had been the worst experience ever. We feel discriminated for something that is outside our control . This is unacceptable.

Ventajas: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Ventajas: Crew were very nice and accommodating. Chocolate always appreciated!

Desventajas: The passenger in front of me slammed into my knees. I am very tall. She was not but she sure got her seat back as far as possible in spite of having he bulkhead sear, so I had to be careful of my position the rest of the flight

Desventajas: I wanted to upgrade to business class but the process was problematic— had to be done at transfer desk not at gate — after i had been thru security ☹️ Discouraged ne from trying

Desventajas: Plane was too warm and movie selection was the same for all flights. Too many marvel kid movies.

Ventajas: Crew was great. They made up for mistakes in a positive and amenable way.

Desventajas: Flight was late. There was no communication about it. The flight from Joburg to Doha was late, therefore I missed my connection. The delay was not officially communicated to any of the passengers — no announcements made, no representatives to talk to at the gate — until well past the time that we should have been in the air. It was distressing.

Ventajas: I always have a good experience with Gol, the Gol Confort Seats are great, attentive crew, puncntuality.

Ventajas: La atención prestada. El espacio entre asientos puede ser una tortura en un viaje de más horas

Desventajas: El refrigerio, un puñado de microscopicas galletas tiene gusto a poco

Ventajas: Unlike my previous BA LHR-PHX flights, this one was in a 787. The humidity is much better in a 787. It makes a huge comfort difference in a 10-hour flight. As always on BA, the food was very good.

Desventajas: Seats were a a bit cramped. The flight crew seemed overworked.

Desventajas: I made a mistake in my daughter's surname while booking online, BA refused ro change it at check-in and forced me to buy a new ticket for her.

Ventajas: Los asientos son cómodos. La compañía genera confianza en el vuelo.

Desventajas: Huuummm; más música y vídeos musicales. Sólo pude disfrutar de U-2 - un pequeño concierto de 5 canciones me parece- Avianca debe de dedicar más personal para hacer Check-in; son muchas personas que tienen dificultades para manipular las computadoras, más que todo la gente mayor o con poca educación. Vi ése problema en El Dorado.

Desventajas: Boarding from Delhi was slow. Families with small kids and seniors were asked to board but the aircraft was not accessible for more than 15 minutes. The cabin service was very slow and started good two hours after the take off from Delhi. The coffee/tea were Lukewarm.

Ventajas: The 777 is way behind the 380s comfort.

Ventajas: Good entertainment options, a lot of good movies to choose. Flight was on time, we arrived before the scheduled time.

Desventajas: The crew seems to have some troubles between them and it was reflected in the service they offered to the passengers. Some of them were rude.

Desventajas: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Ventajas: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Ventajas: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Desventajas: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Desventajas: Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!

Desventajas: Counter, and check in, long lines, a lot of people, time spend, and also if the flight didn’t have food you must communicate it.

Desventajas: Between first flight from Venice to get the airplane to San Juan just 50 minutes. We were running to get a board

Desventajas: While the entertainment system had good options, the screen was very unresponsive when pushing the buttons. On average, it would take me over 10 tries to get any on screen button to work. Gave up several times.

Desventajas: Flight arrived late, didn’t land at the specified time. Loss the connection.

Desventajas: My rating on boarding is due -- entirely -- on the poorly designed new Istanbul airport. Seems that bigness and lots of duty free shops were given a priority over ease of making connections. Horrible.
