Ventajas: The crew were amazing and attentive

Desventajas: nothing that i can think of

Desventajas: We went to Gatwick(75.00 Uber) to reschedule in person and we were told there were no refunds and if we wanted to change it would be 250 pounds. It is my wife’s and my 35 year anniversary and this wants a mood dampener

Ventajas: Our flight attendant was awesome. Very friendly and attentive.

Desventajas: The cabin temperature was cold and the flight was delayed by over an hour.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed for over 60 minutes. In addition, boarding was poor an took over 30 minutes. Leg room was ok, however, seats were very narrow

Ventajas: GOOD SPACE FOR THE LEGS, AND COMFORTABLE SEAT

Desventajas: SINCE I WAS SEATING IN THE BACK SEAT, IT WAS REALLY HOT, NO AC COMING OUT OF THE LAST ROW OF VENTS

Ventajas: The crew was bilingual and very friendly.

Desventajas: The TVs did not work. The sandwiches we had for breakfast were underwhelming, especially after having a 4.5 hour delay prior to boarding

Desventajas: The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight.

Ventajas: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Desventajas: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Desventajas: Had to pay the $259.00 to get another flight because my name wasn’t on the flight had to be on the phone for a hour and 28 minutes just to get my name on a flight after I paid over $900.00 on my round trip flight this was an awful experience and did not and will not book any flight ever with these airlines or the company representing them as VAYAMA

Ventajas: Seat was comfortable

Desventajas: Had reasonable size carry on and it was frowned upon? Seat was right behind business class and separation curtain just is my laps

Ventajas: Food was ok

Desventajas: AC was not turned on until flight was up in air. That means for 30 minutes passengers were sweating sitting in a suffocating cabin. Crew refused to give Green Tea, saying only available in business class Inflight screen size was very small ...5-6 inches only

Desventajas: It’s frustrating to not have the ability to select seats before arriving at check in counter when there’s really not much to choose from.

Ventajas: The schedule and timing

Desventajas: The airport, some of the crew, the aircraft seats, the entertainment system

Ventajas: All went right namely the seats but the luggage condition is the worst

Desventajas: Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France

Ventajas: Boarding procedures and crew were top. Wines and beverages excellent and even in super economy water was served several times

Desventajas: The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese

Ventajas: Nothing !! Such a bullshit flight ever !!!

Desventajas: No tv fo 14 hr long flight !! Flight delayed for 1 he !! No proper arranged to board .. it was kiosk!! Food quality was worse. No space to seat !! Can’t sleep .. no leg space !! Worst fight till the date !!!

Desventajas: Siempre tienen el mismo problema. NO ENTRO y mido 1,75! las rodillas me chocan con el asiento de adelante. Si no fuese por la tripulación.. arruinan todo.

Desventajas: There was no alcohol of any kind. Very strange for an international flight, even as short as it was (1.5 hrs).

Ventajas: Tripulación amable.

Desventajas: No contaba con pantallas ni wifi.

Ventajas: Efficient flight to Buenos Aires. I was seated in row 4 which helped getting off quickly.

Desventajas: Better communication from airline staff about how to and where to line up by group to board the flight. Passengers were left confused and didn’t know where to line up since staff was at desk and not easily accessible.

Ventajas: Viajé en Ejecutiva. La pantalla era grande y el asiento se reclinaba completamente... aunque hoy en día estones casi un estandar. La distribucion permite asientos individuales, lo cual está muy bien.

Desventajas: La mesa queda un poco lejos si quieres estar con la espalda apoyada en el asiento. Los asientos son un poco estrechos y el area de paso para llegar a tu asiento también. Tampoco hay mucho sitio para dejar una mochila. Pero lo peor, como siempre, es el servicio del personal de Iberia. Baño no muy lim

Desventajas: This is my second time bad experience with ticketing desk crew. The lady (Her name is Maria) at issuing boarding passes was real rude. First of all she doesn’t know how to enter India OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) information. She was keep saying I do not have a visa to go to India. Which I do not

Desventajas: Too freakin cold.

Desventajas: The departure could have been on time.

Ventajas: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Desventajas: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Ventajas: we landed safely

Desventajas: need entertainment system. need complimentary drinks and snacks need comfortable seats

Desventajas: Respetar la aerolinea contratado British Airways..si queria Vueling la compraba más barato. Malisimo

Ventajas: The crew was ok, very uncomfortable seat, I had an isle seat and everyone bumped into my shoulder. I never had to pay for checked baggage in a transatlantic flight, it’s not my first time flying. I was also asked to check my carry on, to what I declined for personal reasons.

Ventajas: Yes, the seat was good. The crew was good. The food was average.

Desventajas: Diversity (for the food) and free alcohol (1-2 drinks are reasonable for 11 hours flight)

Desventajas: Flight left an hour late. Cramped seat. Only one drink service on a 4.5-hr flight. Disappointing.

Desventajas: The flight and crew were very good. An hour late taking off with not explanation. Frustrating on an hour flight.
