Bathroom had a funny smell for both days we stayed,reported it to reception who said they’d get it checked and never bothered just gave us a key to use the next door bathroom. Price we paid a night and one simple problem they never fixed.

Perfect for the city center of York that is just over the road and through the wall that surrounds the City. Good nightlife and pubs in walking distance with restaurants in abundance. Best place to stay for central York.

The staff were very helpful especially the breakfast staff. The towels were lovely and thick and the hotel felt comfortable.
