Convenient location - short walk from the old town sights and bus/train station. Close to the market. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Rooms require repair! Cold bathroom. Towel dryer fail each time you touch it.

Convenient location, less than 10 min walk from train station.
The hotel itself is quite outdated, I personally did not feel comfortable there. Entrance door to my room was broken and basically every time leaving the hotel, I was leaving my room open. Different cables sticking out from the wall in the room, probably some extension of TV but nothing was connected to it. Towels were extremely short and looked more like face towels rather than shower towels that you dry your body with. If it is just one-night stay and you don’t care about comfort and coziness you can consider this option since its price matching its quality the but for a longer stay I would rather consider other options in the neighborhood

There was kettle and tea-cups, but no tea or coffee in the room. Bed could be more comfortable.

All was is good: my room, polite staff and the best location. There’s near a railway station and the center of city. I wasn’t use a public transport, because all sightseeing, museums, shops were walking distance. Alexa hotel, thank you very much for wonderful holiday!

Receptionist was nice.
1. Partly clogged shower and sink. Not clean bathroom. 2. Full inside parking- no place to safely leave a car, left it on the street. Receptionist showd how to find a parking place but just couldn't find a free space there, so spent extra 15min at night, it was a waste of time. 3. Quite noisy- maybe a club nearby. 4. Cold to sleep- couldn't find a way to increase heating (maybe there was no way..) 5. The prices are high- and the hotel is not new, not clean. Waste of money.
