staff was really friendly and attentive, receptionist was multiligual that is important, we were offered to leave the car after we have checked out before departing the town

The general ambiance - the design, which is a tasteful combination of old and new + serviceminded staff. And clean!

Comfortable bed, but uncomfortable pillows

In addition to nice location it is a very quite and relaxing hotel. Very nice comfort and luxury for a romantic stay. The restaurant is very nice and gourmet!! The staff in the hotel is very serviceminded and nice. The spa is very good.

Cleaning of the room was not good. The same dust at the table for many days. Used coffee-cup was removed two days after use.

This is a fine modern, small hotel, very well located. The facilities are excellent and the staff outstanding.

As it is located in the old city its damned hard to drive to if you are arriving in Tallinn for the first time.

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel, well done in an interesting and pretty old Tallinn building. Lovely interior decoration. Wonderful restaurant with outstanding breakfast (especially the scrambled eggs!)

Slow bar service (lobby bar), but a lovely place to sit and relax while waiting anyway.
