Location was great.
The vallet parking is a joke. I waited almost an hour and a half to get my truck after checking out. The lobby looked like an airport with a long delay. A hundred people all waiting 45-75 minutes to get their car after check out. Total disaster and tons off ticked off people.

Location was great, Staff very friendly and very easy checking in/out.
Free breakfast was cold. "Juice" machine was water and food coloring. The room is very outdated. Lighting not great. Vent/Fan in bathroom didn't work.

Thanks to the Lake Tahoe resort hotel we missed our friends wedding. After we checked out of our room we were told the valet would be about 30 minutes...not unreasonable, however after waiting an hour and a half for our car we found this to be unacceptable. The manager assured us everyone was in the same boat, and by other I mean at least 120 people. No one offered any compensation, snack or water. In fact they were selling water. I could never recommend any hotel with this level of poor management....I could only imagine the chaos in the event of an emergency.
