Shuttle is extremely dependable!! We've stayed here multiple times and never had a problem
They don't have that early early morning takeaway breakfast bar anymore. Granola bars, apple and water were offered but not the same as those little take away omelet pastry thingies they used to provide.

The bed was very comfortable.
My husband and I booked a pool side suit. But when we arrived there the front desk associate told us we were booked in a different room. And said that “there was nothing he could do for us” We were on our honeymoon and this ruined it. We were put in a tiny room with a tiny bath room. The rooms were loud. Maid service never gave us any new towels. I wish I never booked here. Now I will never get that time back for our honeymoon.
