Great location but service poor, the staff are in a rush to get away from your table half way through your order, at the pool bar/restaurant we got the wrong food every day, poor quality - did not get through a lunch without an issue, breakfast on our first day at the main restaurant, waited 30 mins for cold food and coffee. The lunch restaurant and sunset where better, one staff member made our experience very memorable, but the majority of the staff seem very uninterested in its customers.
Lovely location but the service let’s this hotel down, I wrote to seven pines after I returned, I got no response which sums up the service quality.

The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful with all our queries. Excellent guest services. The view from our room was amazing and would love to stay at the resort again in the future.

Probably the best and most prestigious hotel in Ibiza. Everything was great, everything is new and fresh. Probably the best breakfast! View from the pool is out of the mind and also the hotel has a great spot for sunset.
