The warmest hospitality we have ever received!! The freshly made a-la-carte breakfasts were so delicious and a lot of choices to choose from. Superb lake and mountain view plus modern decor. Very comfortable bed! Highly recommended!!

So many things! The amazing view from the balcony and breakfast area, the breakfast each morning was amazing (such a great selection!), happy hour each evening sampling NZ wines & hors d'oeuvres, comfortable and cosy room, the electric blanket, complimentary chocolates and cookies, lovely staff etc etc :)

Good location. Nice Terrace. Very clean.
Water mixer of bath tub shower was faulty. You can get either hot or cold water. Very difficult to mix. Wash basin also not having water mixer. Slow internet. Staff available till 7pm only

I broke my wrist skiing while I stayed, the staff were extremely generous and helpful - they made sure I had everything I needed, helped me with my washing, tying up my shoelaces, bringing me tea! The food was fantastic, canapes were delicious and hanging out with the other guests was very fun.
The bed was firmer than what I'm used to
