Authentic experience off the tourist trail but still within walking distance to Pompeii and other amazing experiences. Host Eduardo was an absolute delight who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Lovely pool area which was a sanctuary after a long hot day visiting the ruins and fantastic authentic regional local food also a short walking distance away. If you’re after something close to Pompeii and great value for money this is a great place to stay for a different Italian experience. We welcomed visiting this town of Scafati after being in the big cities and tourist haunts of Italy.

The bed was perfect! and the access to Netflix was a very pleasant surprise. The hosting family was very helpful, friendly and flexible.
The location was not so sexy. Not a lot of facilities (restaurants) in the area. However, for us that was not a real problem since we were out all day. We walked to Pompei for dinner.
