nothing much Tes never ever stay

Room were clean but the photos you have on their sight are nothing like the rooms Terrible I requested a double bed. before I arrived as my husband has a very bad back. I also informed you this was a Wedding Anniversary present and we were faceing the road not even a small card nothing Out Friends came with us 6 in total one couple , they left the room on the morning we were leaving we dident have to be in the Aerport till 5pm but as a rule your out befor 12 they left the TV remote behind so when they realised later on they left it in the room the went to your reception and was told it was handed in but there 20 euro depost was not there now the only people in that room after was the cleaner and they had to hand in the remote ???My friend got no money back the lady on the desk was so rude made no way of helping or trying to explain dident ,care and she your front of house .disgrace I will never ever ever stay at your hotel future more I will not recommend it to any one and to think for an extra 150 euro I could of stayed 5 mins down the road in the Mediterranean Hotel in pure heaven .

The lady cleaner the only staff who was polite and always asking to clean the room.

Poor room, cold breakfast, the person who was serving breakfast not polite at all. Looks like she is controlling how many breakfast did you put in your plate. Stuff on reception not friendly. We ask to change room to the sun side and it was refused.

Casi todo el personal del hotel hizo lo que pudo por hacer la estancia algo mas agradable

El hotel no cumple con todas las caracteristicas de un 3estrellas,ni con parte de las ofertadas: termo de agua caliente de 10l,con lo cual no da para una ducha para dos personas; no cuenta con piscina climatizada, no hay limpieza diaria, habitaciones ruidosas, y las bebidas en el bar del hotel son mucho mas caras que fuera...
