Nothing at all to be precise apart from it been a walking distance to the train station.
The house was a complete mess, no cleaning toilet was stinky looks like they have not been clean for months, I did not even see any housekeeping person for during my entire stay. The wardrobe door was coming apart, stair were squeaky and the bed quite uncomfortable. The shower tap was broken and the shower curtain hasn't been changed in years also the carper was really dirty and smelly and there was mold all around the toilet sink.

Great location! Newark is a terrifying city, but this is in a nice quiet location near everything. Perfect place for someone from out of town looking forward a bargain.

Very good location, very close to the Broad Street train to NY. There is a small superstore 10min walk away. Parking available and free. Good A/C, keeping cool even when hot outside. .Ideal for a tourist couple spending most of the day in NY.
Train hours in the morning during weekdays - no trains between 7AM and 10AM - but can always walk to Newark Pen station, 20min walk away. where trains more frequent
