Nothing. I reserved 2 weeks in advance and they lost my reservation. Room was not ready, and we were given a supposedly clean, last available room that was not the correct layout (2 queens instead of 1 double king). When getting into the room, there was a foul smell and I inspected the room upon entry, at which point we found some small flying bugs and a roach. We immediately sought a refund from the facility and went somewhere else
Everything. Customer service was good though, with one of the two employees who helped us. He was apologetic about our situation and helped me find another hotel.

Absolutely nothing.. location was horrible, staff was not rude but not very concerned with you as a guest either. Housekeeping we’re some of the worst I’ve seen, down right Trifling! Old food left in fridges of rooms being rented out as supposedly clean as well as used wet washcloths left hanging in bathrooms. I would never stay at this hotel!
Absolutely everything.. not even if I were homeless would I stay at this hotel!

Habitación amplia y bien equipada. Baño de buen tamaño. Todo muy limpio. Si vas en coche y quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto, está muy bien, pero si vas a la ciudad necesitarás transporte público. La estación de Penn station de Newark está muy cerca pero necesitas coche. Me quede en este hotel,por los comentarios de limpieza , pero hubiera preferido otro con servicio se shuttle des de el aeropuerto
Que necesitas coche para todo, está en medio de una carretera grande y se oye mucho ruido A Penn station Newark , que conecta con Penn station manhatthan hay 5 minutos en Coche o taxi, no se puede ir andando
