The room was cold however they provided blankets and a small heater

Breakfast (too poor), a lot of plastic used and wastage and you had to waste a lpt of water in the shower in order to get hot water

Fairly convenient straightforward hotel nothing really to like particularly.

Breakfast was really the worst I’ve ever encountered. Coffee juice milk etc all cheap watery fluids; scrambled eggs like nothing else but definitely not like eggs...; “porridge “ with a consistency of semolina and a taste .. I really don’t know but horrible. The hotel has no real bar which I don’t expect at that price! So to meet with friends there is no option but to sit on bar stools at the edge of the restaurant, there are no available tables. Which “restaurant” is itself amusingly advertised as the best dining experience in Newark - which is not a strong competition, but it’s really not!

The house keeping staff were very friendly and polite, would always greet you happily in the morning. The staff in the breakfast area were also very friendly.

The front of house staff were incredibly rude. They spoke to you like you were wasting their time despite only trying to check in. They were dressed very scruffy, none of them wearing any kind of uniform, one even just sat there with his headphones in and ignored people despite sitting at the reception desk. When we tried to to get the shuttle from Newark airport to the hotel, the member of staff that answered the phone was very abrupt. We were told that the bus was on its way and would be with us in 10 minutes; we ended up calling 3 times in the 45 minutes we had to wait, each time they couldn't tell us more than 'the bus is on its way'. The general area outside the hotel is run down, and if you want to go to a restaurant outside of the hotel, you need to be prepared for a bit of a walk through the area at night. Overall, I would not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Staff were not friendly. Room carpet were stained n dirty. Two double bed with only one bed with pillows. Rang reception to advise them and those pillows were not delivered till don’t know when because we left the room. No hair dryer. breakfast lou

Buena ubicación para ir a la ciudad de Nueva York. El desayuno era bastante bueno. Los empleados eran muy amables. La habitación estaba limpia.

La puerta del baño no se cerraba y algunas de las paredes estaban manchadas de pintura/papel pintado. Las máquinas expendedoras no funcionaban, no tomaban facturas o no estaban bien abastecidas. Pedimos una pizza de queso cuando llegamos para tomar un bocado rápido y posiblemente fue la peor pizza que he probado, especialmente en un restaurante. Una pizza congelada habría sido mejor. Nuestros vecinos llegaron alrededor de las 2 de la mañana y estaban ruidosos y nos despertaron y nos mantuvieron despiertos hasta las 5:30 - 6AM, cuando finalmente tuvimos que llamar a la recepción para pedirles que hicieran algo al respecto e incluso entonces les tomó un tiempo para que se calmaran.

El lugar tiene una ubicación increíble desde el punto de vista del acceso al tránsito masivo; sin embargo, la ubicación específica está en un vecindario de transición. Yo estaba de acuerdo con mi hijo de 18 años, pero podría imaginar que la mayoría de las mujeres no lo serían

Estuvimos allí cinco noches y sólo una noche era un Lugar razonablemente tranquilo, parece atender a clientes no tan grandes que son increíblemente ruidosos, hasta altas horas de la mañana.
