Bed was comfortable
The AC randomly started in the miggle of the night and we were unable to turn it off, bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was mediocre

The breakfast is diverse and rich, although pricey. The beds are very comfortable.
Noise from the tram in the street. It's not strong but if you are sensitive to noise it might be a problem.

We were disappointed to be “upgraded” to a larger roadside room without a bath rather than a quieter courtyard room with one.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from the train station and very central to Munich. The rooms were beautiful, and the bar was nice too for a night cap!
The breakfast was disappointing for the price, 18 euro for a standard breakfast was quite steep. Not impressed.
