Shower area drainage, no shower door, air vent screen needs sanitizing and limited western style meal options on the room service menu.

Location, quiet, family hotel.
Breakfast not so good compared to other hotels I stayed with cheaper cost. Bad cover looks not so clean.

I liked the plush pillows and the fluffy towels.
The shower drain really could use some improvement. The bed sheet + pillow covers need to be replaced with new ones that are free from eternal stains. The staff really must inform guests who are checking-in regarding the unusable wifi instead of giving them the password only to tell the guests, later on, that it's been out of service for some time. Old furniture in the room, the lobby, everywhere. I guess it's just an old hotel.
