The pool was great, a little cold for this time of year though. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food from the restaurant/room service was excellent
Bathroom had a bathtub spa however the design was not very good and was unsteady for taking a shower in. Hot water took a very long time to come through the pipes

We were very satisfied with the hotel and all the facilities. It is not only a secret place, but it is also very comfy and starting point for all the tours in and close to Mandalay. We can highly recommend the hotel Shwe Pyi Thar.
