Elevator stopped and wouldn't open - staff told us that is a known issue. How come this is not being fixed? Also ventilation in the room was very loud (probably half broken). We needed to turn it off.

The power switch in the room was creating constant buzzing noises that interfere with sleep all nights long. The ventilation system is quite loud as well, so instead we decided to keep the windows open overnight, though it created another issue with paassing trains. The hotel is near the railway station that you mast pass every time you go to the center and it is quite far from all sightseeing locations. It would be nice have more options for the breakfast, for example, fresh juice, scrambled eggs, sausages.

The rooms were smaller than expected but were spotlessly clean. The staffs were friendly and the location is superb.
