Friendly staff and very good location. In between two metro stations, frequent trains and quick access to the center. Didn't have breakfast at the property but it looked good. My request pre-booking was granted.
I wouldn't give this 4 stars. The hotel had noticeable wear & tear. Curtains had holes in them, the fixtures were crooked (bathroom mirror and decoration). Not a big issue, but if you pretend to be a 4* accomodation, that matters. Shower was low flow. Bed was too hard and the headboard was made of hard plastic. TV didn't work. The walls had some stains (although the material used makes it hard to clean). The key cards had a room # sticker on them, I hope they clean those.

The place was near my appointment, it was very clean, spacious and quiet. They provide single use sponge and cleaning products to wash your own dishes. The kitchen was well equipped.

Location was great, right next to underground station. Apartment very clean with fully stocked kitchen. Spacious and comfortable.
A bit more expensive than one would expect at the price-point. This is advertised as four-star but I would say it is more 3-star. Not all the kitchen implements had been cleaned properly.

La ubicación próxima a paradas de metro, bus y supermercados cerca. El estudio ideal para dos personas y la dotación de menaje genial. Además amabilidad y atención excelente. Es MUY RECOMENDABLE para descubrir LYON,
Check-in un poco lento. En 5ª planta agua en ducha con poca presión. Que en estancias de menos de 7 dias, no atienden la habitación. Tienes que pedir toallas, papel,...., que en 4* no es habitual.
