NO INTERNET!!! Why is it that in the 21st century, hotels can't supply a usable internet?! When I was lucky enough to connect to the most meagre facility, I only managed 0.32 of a mbps - this is NOT internet! You cannot advertise a WiFi facility when you can't supply one. I have been travelling with work across three countries, 'attempting' to work on the way. It's essential that I at least be able to access emails and send simple, small, text files. I have so far used 3 hotels (only 1 Louvre Hotel), and have had the same problem - ridiculously slow/non-existent internet.
The lack of internet supply. Although the lighting was calm, there should be better lighting available at the hand basin. 2, overhead down-lighters makes it impossible to shave.

- bit difficult to figure out how to get there from the station even if it's very near - almost no sweets at breakfast - bed covers too heavy

Nice, comfy hotel that's really close to the Perrache station. We loved the location - near some of the best cafes and restaurants in the city, but also walking distance to the old town and its lookout points. Comfy, cozy rooms with nice beds.
Couldn't turn down the heating system - it was winter, yep, but also hot in the room at night!
