Location and cleanliness. Front desk staff were amazing. Give them a raise. All staff all shifts but particularly the young woman and young man on the evening shift.

The hotel is very quiet .. peaceful setting .
Hotel is at the top of the old town ..if you don’t have transport it is quite a climb .. the funicular is fantastic and a life saver if you don’t want to walk up and down or use taxis

The property is beautiful and very original. It is quite well located and has a private parking. We enjoyed a lovely family weekend.
Our check-in experience was not very friendly, the receptionist insisted that we either pay the entire amount upon check-in or that we block double the amount of our stay on the credit card. In addition, the service at the bar and restaurant was very poor, i.e. we had to get up to get served, wait ages to receive our order that was not always correct and had to chase the waiter for the check. This was a little disappointing for the category of hotel.
