Being able to live in a 16th century building, in the midst of a 16th century neighborhood, with modern creature comforts
Not enough light in the room and no place in the room to sit and read. There wasn’t even one decent chair.. The bathroom was poorly designed. There was lots of room for a separate shower and two sinks but instead they installed a needlessly large tub and then surrounded it a tiled box.great place to experience lyon

Position in the old town was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Macaron the concierge, who happens to have four paws, whiskers and purrs! The architecture is stunning, the restaurant is sublime and the bar very cosy and friendly, with superb olives!

The Spa is great, I spent most of the time alone in there, perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. The building is beautiful, clean, unique. The roof garden was also nice, be sure to go to very top for view of city. Location is very good too, in the heart of the old town, great restaurants
I was given an upgrade, which felt more like a downgrade or side grade, I booked a room with a bath and received a shower, luckily I was very close to the spa which was open late. Although the whole place was clean, there was a used plaster in the shower. And we didn't book breakfast burly for the 27 euro price tag, I have had amazing expensive breakfasts before for far less and with a far better selection. But I would definitely return again.
