Great Location / Property / Updates Needed
The location is great, especially if you are attending a show at the Convention Center. The size and layout of the rooms are great, especially if you want added space for a meeting. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer is certainly an added plus at these long meetings. Parking was great. Everyone at the property was super helpful and customer oriented and made you feel at home.
The bedding and carpeting need a refresh. The hardwood, cabinets, and fixtures are all updated, but the room carpeting seemed 15 years old, it was so out of place it just stuck in my mind. A small blemish on an overall good experience.
