The staff here are incredible, very kind, accommodating and hospitable. The decor is Suberb and the location is excellent for anyone arriving via train or car. The food on the top floor was excellent and the spa and pool very clean and organized.
The fact that there are only maybe two luggage carts for a property of this size is incredibly frustrating. There are a lot of people checking in and out here and those hardworking bellhops try as they might are not going to be able to accommodate everyone with a cart.

No proper parking instructions. Google maps did not know how to get to the entrance.

Bit far from downtown. Bed is not comfy. The AC is not good.
