The front office staffs were so friendly and cheerful.. I have to say they are the best .. the rooms are small but comparing to the location its okk
The room rates are little high when it compare to room. The breakfast is not that much good as I thought.

Spent 4 nights here a a base to explore Chillon castle and Geneva etc. Reasonable sized rooms. Great location close to the main railway station but also the underground (metro) which runs up and down. Thus nearby COOP stores, restaurants and fast-food outlets. Still some uphill walking involved but not too much - hey! it's a city built on a hillside from the lake. Lots of TV channels in multiple languages. Good breakfast. Multilingual staff.
Wifi was a bit dodgy in that some devices wouldn't connect (used a pc as a hot-spot). No coffee facilities in rooms but there was a bar fridge.The over-bath shower would be challenging for some people. Bed was a bit soft but wouldn't mind staying here again.

The hotel is in the center, close to the train station and metro. It is very quite. The bed is very comfortable. Wifi is excelent. Recomend to everyone visiting Lausanne.

Hotel muy retro y con mucho encanto, el desayuno buenísimo, el personal muy atento y un dato muy importante a tener en cuenta parking gratuito.
La almohada incomodisima.
