Staff very welcoming and friendly, It was nice that they remembered me from my last visit. Super clean, good breakfast, perfect location and great value. My room was cleaned everyday, English channels on TV.
No Iron in the rooms, although they do have an ironing room downstairs ground floor for use but inconvenient. Other hotels tend to have irons which is so helpful when you're on business trips.

very comfortable room, quiet, nice layout and free-flow water (still and sparkling) in glass bottles. Great location only steps away from the new, up and coming area Flon and a 10 minute walk to the historic center. Good breakfast selection
some breakfast items are still packaged in plastic. Different types of bread would be nice

The hotel has been very nicely renovated and the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a pleasant section of Lausanne about a 10 minute walk from the train station, with a large selection of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
