Staff and comfort Some days cleaning in room was not good
After spending multiple weeks on the road, I felt a great deal of comfort at The Residence Inn Worcester. The staff was amazing from start to finish. The room always smelled fresh. on either Monday or Tuesday, there kitchen attendant who was highly unprofessional .. seemed really unhappy, while throwing food around, and carelessly moving from dining room to back room. White woman, with a ponytail.
Room was large and spacious. Nice fill-the-fridge service option. I did not use this, but have never seen this offered before. Innovative.
Excellent condition and attention. Very comfortable rooms Kind of bad the free WiFi and, nowadays, I won't be paying 5 bucks for the few time I'm in hotel and want to chat with my family after my long work day...
It had beds when they didn't sell my second room to someone else. Let's see - I never complain but the hotel oversold and sold my staff member's room as he arrived at 1 am that evening. It took over an hour to get him in another room. I will never stay here again.
Convince to DCU If I knew they housed homeless people I would have preferred to stay somewhere else. Most places that have emergency housing the people are also addicted to drugs. I have experienced this 1st hand.
The Hotel did not have the room ready, I was told the only room available had no working lock. I was then offered a room in the adjoining 'sister' hotel Quality Inn. The room at Extended Stay would have had more amenities.
it was a reasonable price and free wifi i liked the three rooms and the polar area with the sofa bed.
