Personal bilingüe, cortés y eficaz no
Nice lobby, courteous staff, comfortable bed. Tiny gym, mold in the bathroom grout, room amenities were average, surprising amount of wear and tear in our room for a hotel in this category.
Location is ideal for seeing the museums and monuments. Lobby and restaurant staff are warm and welcoming. If you forget to tip housekeeping each morning, don't expect clean towels.
Very clean, quiet and accommodating.
For a stay in Washington D.C., I cannot imagine a more perfect hotel than the Courtyard Washington Convention Center. My husband and I were planning a quick sightseeing trip, and chose the hotel for its price and location. We could not have been more pleased. The hotel was immaculate, our beds were comfortable, and the staff was always more than accommodating. We were within walking distance of the National Mall, a number of museums and restaurants, and practically above Ford Theatre. The hotel itself was not without its charms; being an old bank, the basement included old vaults, and the local architecture, both of our building and the others in the area proved unparalleled. If we ever return to Washington D.C., we would love to stay here again. We were very sad to check out and see our visit end.
Walking distance to everything we wanted to do Parking was expensive
Great location also amazing views ,fun staff and lobby had nice vibe turns into social setting with a DJ When I arrived was able to get a room right away as requested but it didn't have a view . And had ask the guy that was checking me in if I had a view he says yes I do , I walk in to my room it was a room facing the inside I of the building no view very disappointing so went back down and young lady was able to get us a much nicer room very happy . During the evening they have DJ in the lobby so when out all day and came back you requested your room key in order to get in the hotel not happy about that
Location was great. Checkout was advertised as 3:00 PM, We were not able to check into our room until 5:00. When we did check-in we had already pre-paid for a Fabulous Room, but the staff member that was checking us in recommended we switch to a Spectacular Room since we had a young child. He said the Fabulous Room would be too loud due to the location of being on the top floor under the bar. We agreed to change rooms, but were only offered breakfast vouchers which we knew we wouldn't use. After we walked away my husband said he felt like the guy was a used car salesman and that we got played. We went back to the desk and dealt with another employee (Harry) and he switched us back to our original room and said that the room was not that loud.
Great bed, nice, modern room. Amazing location. Our room had a view of a brick wall, very disappointing. The room service was very poor and very expensive. Travel channel fans, don't come here expecting an amazing sandwich, it is no longer available.
Everything was great! Am upset that they put an $800 hold on my credit card when the room was only $300
Central location Clean rooms Value for money (I suppose) WiFi not free in rooms and expensive Restaurant average. We asked for a cappuccino and got coffee tasting line filtered coffee with normal milk with lots of froth on top.
Cheap. No real benefits as a Marriott Rewards Platinum member. Nothing special about the facility. Lots of noise in the hallways at night.
The location and thier bed was comfortable. The AC . It was not cool enough. Need more tisue for tolet. Better reciption staff.
Close to Metro center Extra cost for parking
Location was great, staff was great
Staff accommodated our family's four bikes that we were traveling with. Hotel was upscale with nice amenities. I also loved the complimentary use of a washer and dryer. Great location.
Staff was very attentive and very friendly. Right next to Metro station that had a stop at Reagan Airport!
Location, services No free internet in the rooms, a water bottle in the room was $6. That was outrageous.
Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to genuinely provide a good service and experience. Some people (doorman, waitress) have been working there for over 20 years, that says something about an institution. Great location, walking distance to all attractions or a short taxi ride. Very clean, nice size rooms. Free wi-fi was had the best speed I had for a long time at hotels. Most free wi-fi is just painfully slow. You can use up to 6 devices! We used 5 simultaneously and the speed was still great. Breakfast was included in our Kayak deal even though it was not a usual deal for the hotel they accepted it when I showed them my Kayak reservation print out. Breakfast choices are great and it comes with a kids menu. Huge portions to keep you full till afternoon. You can seriously skip lunch. The pool is open from 6 am till 11 pm. Very nice sized, there's also a sauna. It was never crowded and kids would not get out of the pool for hours! We had a good deal and would definitely come back and recommend it to others. Starbucks at the hotel closes at 6pm. This was too early. This is probably not within the hotel's control as Starbucks is an outside vendor. The hotel can have a bigger shop that sells more stuff.
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and polite. There was a mix up with my parents reservation, and he too care of it. He also upgraded our room. The concierge was great with our kids, and gave them a free movie.
It was very well positioned in downtown DC. It was very old which was kinda cool but take your allergy meds it was very dusty. I think it may have been haunted too... Lol
We basically got two rooms for the price of one. A room with two singles for the kids and the other with a king. The price was half of the other hotels in the area and was close to everything. The rooms were dated and while I wouldn't say the were dirty they were rough around the edges. The beds were old school and not the most comfortable.
location hasn't been renovated in, like, 80 years. shabby doesn't fully capture it. windows are thin and so noisy tasters choice instant coffee in the room
