Ventajas: Un gran servicio al cliente. Casa hermosa ciudad. Las camas eran muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado funciona bien

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: Hermosos jardines del hotel y la habitación. Parecían muy selváticos y rústicos, y aún así cálido y confortable. La habitación incluye las comodidades de un apartamento tipo estudio. El personal era excepcionalmente amable y servicial. Aceptan perros. Mi perro apreció el regalo ofrecido por el personal de la recepción!

Desventajas: Nada

Desventajas: Por accidente reservó el día equivocado, estaba dispuesto a pagar por una habitación más cara para cancelar la noche equivocada. El gerente Anastasia colgó el teléfono tanto en mí como en priceline.com

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación, a poca distancia de la playa y las instalaciones.

Desventajas: Aunque la habitación tenía una cocina completa, casi no tenía equipo ni utensilios y no había lugar para sentarse a comer. Para mejorar esto se necesitaría muy poca inversión. Nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso y podíamos oír los pasos desde la habitación de arriba. ¡por suerte nuestros vecinos de arriba eran tranquilos! Nos alojamos en este hotel hace 10 años y el empeoramiento de las condiciones era notable.

Ventajas: Nos dieron acceso a una playa privada que estaba cerca y también muy cerca del pueblo y de los casinos.

Desventajas: No me gustó nada.

Ventajas: La cama era realmente cómoda, las señoras molestas que se quedan al lado de nosotros, se necesita un programa de reciclaje y alfombra y gabinetes actualizados.

Ventajas: Gran piscina y jacuzzi, cama king size, limpio, cómodo, balcón privado, personal amable

Desventajas: No me di cuenta de que admitían perros, pero se notaba por el olor que había habido mascotas en la habitación. La habitación estaba limpia pero tenía olor persistente de la mascota.

Ventajas: Tenía un ambiente agradable como de cabaña aunque estaba lejos de ser rústico

Ventajas: Esta es nuestra segunda estancia. El personal del hotel es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel estaba muy limpio, teniendo en cuenta que permiten a los animales. A pie de los restaurantes y el lago.

Desventajas: Necesitan cambiar los colchones.

Ventajas: 3 Peaks está situado cerca de todo el ajetreo y el bullicio de Tahoe, muy cerca de la playa, pero también se siente escondido y tranquilo comparado con algunos de los otros hoteles. También admiten mascotas, ¡lo que es genial!

Desventajas: Sentí que había pagado demasiado por una noche. No pudimos hacer el check-in hasta las 4pm, y luego tuvimos que hacer el check-out a las 11am al día siguiente. Tampoco hay nada más incluido en el precio, como el desayuno, etc.

Ventajas: Estábamos a poca distancia a pie de todas partes. El complejo te da acceso a una playa bonita.

Desventajas: La playa puede estar llena.

Ventajas: Dog friendly

Desventajas: Sometimes the parking can be short on the amount of guests, but most of the time easy to grab a spot close to the room!

Ventajas: Awesome location and very cute place to stay

Desventajas: Walls wew so thin you could hear other guests TV behind bedroom wall all night had to sleep on the couch, every toilet flush, shower from neighbors

Ventajas: Cheers for Isaac, always there to help

Ventajas: The location is good nearby the Lakeside Maria South Lake tahoe. the room is very cute and sparkling clean. the staff(Isaac) is so nice. checkin and out are very easy and quick.

Desventajas: N/A

Ventajas: Room very clean and most staff are very nice and helpful.

Desventajas: Actually received the most low level room in that hotel seemed due to online reservation. Lot noises from upstairs and neighbors. Did not receive beach access pass in the first day until we asked on second day afternoon.

Ventajas: Close to all the shops

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: Another wonderful stay at 3 Peaks! Spacious and comfortable, and close walking distance to some of our favorite dog- friendly restaurants. Will return for sure.

Ventajas: The location was great.

Desventajas: The rooms are really noisy. I wanted to sleep in but could not after hearing the noise in other rooms and outside.

Ventajas: The bed was very comfortable.

Desventajas: My husband and I booked a pool side suit. But when we arrived there the front desk associate told us we were booked in a different room. And said that “there was nothing he could do for us” We were on our honeymoon and this ruined it. We were put in a tiny room with a tiny bath room. The rooms were loud. Maid service never gave us any new towels. I wish I never booked here. Now I will never get that time back for our honeymoon.

Ventajas: La ubicación es excelente, justo al otro lado de la calle de Harrah's, en el lado de California de stateline. La habitación era espaciosa. Y la cama era cómoda. El buffet de desayuno diario gratuito es bastante bueno y es una buena ventaja.

Desventajas: Como un claro truco, sólo ofrecen servicio de aparcamiento a $19/día. La única otra opción que ofrecen es el aparcamiento a 2 manzanas de distancia en el aparcamiento público. También se están involucrando en la práctica, desafortunadamente común, de ser poco ingeniosos con la tarifa de la habitación en una tarifa de resort de $24 por noche que al parecer sube a $34 por noche en agosto de 2019.

Ventajas: ¡Nos encanta este hotel! La ubicación es increíble para esquiar - justo al lado de la góndola. A mis hijos les encanta la bañera de hidromasaje y la piscina, hora feliz con refrescos y aperitivos gratuitos y desayuno bufé. El personal siempre es agradable y servicial. ¡Seguimos regresando y seguiremos haciéndolo!

Ventajas: Desayuno gratis que superó mis expectativas. La ubicación era perfecta. El precio era justo.

Desventajas: El jacuzzi estaba sucio. Los niños sin vigilancia en la piscina. El desayuno era sólo hasta las 10:30

Ventajas: Limpio y agradable. Estaba impresionado con el servicio y la gente

Desventajas: La habitación se sentía sucia. Los pies de mis hijas quedaban sucios al caminar en la alfombra.

Ventajas: Gran ubicación y precio. Muy limpio y la piscina cubierta es estupenda para los niños en invierno. El desayuno gratuito era bueno para toda la familia. Habitación perfecta con una cama de matrimonio extragrande en el dormitorio, sofá cama en la sala de estar para los niños. Dos lavabos en la habitación hicieron fácil que todo el mundo se preparase por la mañana.

Desventajas: La televisión de la sala de estar no funcionaba, se ofrecieron a enviar a alguien para que lo arreglara. El lunes el desayuno estaba muy lleno y la mitad del comedor estaba cerrado, así que tuvimos que esperar varios minutos para una mesa abierta.

Ventajas: Cerca de restaurantes, entretenimiento y la góndola al Heavenly Resort

Ventajas: Habitaciones con un tamaño magnífico

Desventajas: Conexión wifi era pobre; se desconectaba todo el rato y se necesitaba reiniciar

Ventajas: It was beautiful! Close to everything and everyone was so nice!

Ventajas: Location and staff.

Desventajas: Bedding is terrible, Mattress and Pillows needed to be replaced years ago.

Ventajas: Nice staff, valet parking, breakfast was delicious, rooms are big.

Desventajas: Breakfast hours stay open a hour longer. Thats all.

Ventajas: We have stayed her many times, great location and love that breakfast is included. Quite hotel.

Desventajas: Rooms are not being kept up. Our bathtub was filthy, black residue and hair lined the tub. After calling house keeping It took them over 30 minutes to clean. The bath tub faucet also leaking and could not be turned off, needed a new cartridge, which had to be ordered so we had to listen to dripping our whole stay. The iron in the room had black residue so I could not iron my dress. Make-up mirror missing from room.

Ventajas: They helped me make my stay with my wife amazing! We celebrated our second wedding anniversary and the staff helped decorate our room so special!!!!

Desventajas: Clean and beautiful rooms! Breakfast was delicious!!!

Ventajas: Location--near restaurants, shops, and hiking places. Staff were excellent--friendly, courteous, responsive to our needs.

Desventajas: I did not like the 'resort fee' charges. These so-called extras were formerly free. The fold-down bed in the 'living room' area was terrible--thin, lumpy mattress that was impossible to sleep in. The hotel can do better!

Ventajas: Location is great!

Desventajas: Unfortunately, this place is going south. We had been there 2 years ago and it was much better. Now it is clear they are just reducing costs even though rates are just going up. Parking is a nightmare! They only have valet parking and it is charged to the room. The parking fee is ok but it took them almost 1 hour to get our car both days. It is just a waste of time during your vacation. Breakfast is poor. It used to be much better, including an omelet and a variety of pastries. Now it is just bagels and no tasty boxed scrambled eggs. They are charging a resort fee but it is not a resort anymore. We'll stay in another place next time.

Ventajas: Okay.

Desventajas: Bed was terrible and Pillows should have been replaced long time ago!!!!!

Ventajas: Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, room is excellent for family of four. Very clean facility and great location!

Desventajas: Pillows were not as comfortable, it feels hallow. One of our chair on the dining table is very squeaky and it seems it's a about to give out. One of the drawers in the living room seemed broken as well.

Desventajas: The rooms need to be updated

Ventajas: Cómodo y muy bien situado. Gran relación calidad-precio.

Ventajas: El personal era muy amable, las habitaciones estaban limpias, la cama era cómoda, el aparcamiento y la conexión wi-fi gratis, el desayuno gratuito, el café decente. Buenas comodidades en la habitación: Secador de pelo, nevera, microondas

Desventajas: La televisión estaba anticuada, el calentador era ruidoso, las almohadas eran llenas de bultos.

Ventajas: El lugar estaba bien para el precio que pagué. Siempre busco un lugar que sirva el desayuno. ¡lo único que espero es hacer sus propios waffles belgas y este lugar definitivamente lo tiene!

Desventajas: Las instalaciones eran viejas y necesitan muchas actualizaciones. Fue un paso adelante de los moteles de verdad. El baño es pequeño y viejo. La bañera no drenaba muy bien y las toallas no se secaban muy bien. No hay nevera, pero tienen una cocina comunitaria. Sin duda no me gustaron las almohadas. Se sienten años de edad porque eran grumos.

Ventajas: Las camas son cómodas, el desayuno es bueno, y a sólo 5 minutos a pie de una gran selección de comida y entretenimiento. Sin duda recomiendo alojarse aquí

Ventajas: Buen desayuno.

Desventajas: Sábanas sucias tuvo que ser sustituido. El suelo del baño estaba pegajosa.

Ventajas: Gran valor, dos camas queen, 4 adultos por $89 en un sábado durante la temporada de esquí. A poca distancia de los casinos y góndola. Desayuno caliente por la mañana con huevos, salchichas, patatas, bagels, gofres.

Desventajas: Las camas eran duras y no cómodas.

Desventajas: La limpieza y estado de los cuartos

Ventajas: friendly and helpful staff and very good breakfast

Desventajas: All a little dated and didn't meet our expectations of a Hotel/casino

Ventajas: The location is just a couple blocks from the Casinos, right on the State Line, and a couple blocks from the beach. Both easily walk-able. There is a hot breakfast every morning, and a heated pool and spa. The beds are super comfy, there is a fridge in the room, a microwave in the hall for communal use, and in the building I was in, there was a communal kitchen on the 2nd floor with a full fridge, stove/oven and dishes! Plus! The property is pet friendly! :)

Desventajas: Covered smoking areas would be nice, and having the microwaves in room would be better than in the hall... but other than that, it was a pretty decent place to stay - nothing fancy, just clean and comfy.

Ventajas: Breakfast was ok. I was serviced by a very kind lady at the reception upon arrival.

Desventajas: Room was dirty and shabby, ripe for renovation. There were blood stains on the sheets (noticed only in the morning, but they were luckily on the other side of the bed). Night receptionist was exceptionally rude, when I kindly asked about my luggage which should have arrived in the evening. After that I found it really hard to sleep as I was so angry about the service.

Ventajas: Excellent location, great breakfast!

Desventajas: The mini fridge was right next to the bed which made it hard to walk around the bed. It was very tight quarters.

Desventajas: Limited Parking. The mini-fridge froze my sodas solid. Thank goodness I had forgotten to put my insulin in the fridge.

Ventajas: The room was small, but clean. It had a few cosmetic issues, but served it purpose. Bed was comfortable!

Ventajas: Everything was really good

Ventajas: Me encantó que podíamos ir andando a las tiendas y restaurantes. Pudimos ir andando a una ruta de senderismo.

Desventajas: No pudimos averiguar cómo apagar la calefacción y encender el air acondicionado. Hacía bastante calor en la habitación.

Desventajas: Por el precio de la habitación podría haber estado un poco más limpio. Olía a cigarrillos rancios (la habitación de no fumadores). El baño estaba lejos de estar limpio.

Ventajas: Gran ubicación, precio barato

Desventajas: Un poco gastadas, pero limpias

Ventajas: La tarifa que pagamos era estupenda. La habitación tenía un buen tamaño, estaba lo suficientemente limpia y tenía una cama cómoda. Por la mañana se sirve un desayuno continental que no estaba mal. El personal era atento y estaba bien entrenado.

Desventajas: Nada.

Ventajas: Habitación tranquila, limpia, tenía nevera y microondas, agradable y cómoda. La colcha fue lo único negativo.

Desventajas: La piscina no parecía tan atractiva.

Ventajas: Me encantó la ubicación. Estaba lo suficientemente lejos de las calles, así que no se oirán coches, pero lo suficientemente cerca para caminar a cualquier lugar a poca distancia a pie. Me encantó lo lindos que eran los edificios verdes, simplemente los hacía sentir como en casa. Limpio, las camas eran cómodas. Tranquilo. El personal es muy amable. La presión del agua era buena. Me encantó el mini frigorífico, que era muy práctico para los amantes de la comida. En general, una estancia estupenda.:)

Desventajas: Cuando llegamos allí, no había toallas en el baño. Cuando llamamos a la recepción y pedimos toallas nunca llegaron hasta que tuvimos problemas con la televisión. (el cable del televisor se suelta y debe desenchufarlo para volver a encenderlo). La ducha tenía manchas gastadas en el suelo. Los muebles se colocaron al azar. Los cables de televisión estaban por todas partes. No hay suficientes tomas de corriente para conectar teléfonos, ordenadores, etc.

Ventajas: Hotel económico, buena ubicación.

Desventajas: Oír a la gente caminando por encima, muy precaria. Mucha gente fumando. La habitación era vieja y polvorienta. Manta era de baja calidad.

Ventajas: La ubicación era genial! Cerca del lago y del centro comercial! El personal era muy amable y servicial.

Desventajas: La mesita y las mesas no fueron limpiadas. El refrigerador estaba sucio y no enfriaba. El desayuno continental era una broma. Fuimos el primer día y fue el último. Nos alojaremos en otro lugar.

Ventajas: A poca distancia y cerca de todo en el centro cerca de NV/frontera ca. Las camas eran cómodas, el personal amable, y las habitaciones espaciosas para una estancia estupenda.

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación, cerca del lago y del centro

Desventajas: Nada!

Ventajas: Near the lake and near the centre. Everything about this hotel is simply awesome.

Ventajas: It was a great location. Short walk to all of the main attractions in South shore.

Desventajas: It was absolutely nothing like the pictures I had seen when deciding to book. I was expecting a lot nicer than it was. It wasn't horrible, but compared to the pictures I had seen on the website, it was a completely different room.

Ventajas: Comfortable bed. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Desventajas: Tiny bathroom, thin towels, and not much offered for breakfast.

Desventajas: The sheets had stains the beds were worn out and hurt my back bathrooms were not cleaned right the out side looks run down and rooms were not updated like they claim it was the worst I have ever stayed in and for the price it was bad

Ventajas: Everything, excellent place to stay, great location, very nice helpful staff. Accommodation very clean, facilities excellent. What's not to like ? We love it.

Ventajas: Room was clean

Desventajas: Booked a jacuzzi room. Indulged in the tub while getting out I realized that the steps had grip tape and might be a little slippery only to hit the bottom of vinyl floor slipped fell and hit my head violently. Told staff it might be a good idea to place a rubber mat at the bottom of floor. I had a huge goose egg on my head for a few days. Staff kinda seemed disinterested like ok yeah whatever. Probably won’t stay again. Location in back of motel seemed shady but it’s what you get for going cheap. Breakfast was not what I expected

Ventajas: Location

Desventajas: The staff. Called to see if they could fix the problem an wanted the fire place to work for her an they said they couldn't do nothing. Also couldn't check in till 3, thought that was a bit early

Ventajas: This hotel was close to everything but far enough from the busy streets.

Desventajas: If you are on the first floor, you"ll hear every movement from the guests above you. If you don't like english muffins , cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, it's best to pack your own food.

Ventajas: Location, location, location. Close enough to the main drag that everything we needed was accessible in moments, but far enough from it that the noise wasn't a problem.

Desventajas: There was a very weird dichotomy going on. State of the art tablets showing activities, etc., but the floor of the shower stall was getting ready to fail. There was clear evidence that a repair had been made inside the wall to the shower fixture, but instead of closing up the wall, spackling and repainting, as a professional job might have been done, there was a plastic plate stuck on the wall on top of it (with the cut line in the drywall visible above it). The carpeting on the stairs up to our room on the outside of the building had worn holes in it on every step. The window blinds wouldn't close all the way so the light from the landing outside partially shined into our room all night, and when my husband woke up suddenly at 4:45am, he got up, thinking the sun was already up.
