Fantastic pools both indoor and outdoors. Polite staff. Clean nice rooms with good design. There should be more signs in the hallways so that it would be easier to find your way to all the different pool areas. The name of the hotel should be placed on the outside wall of the hotel.
A fantastic location, top class facilities resulting in a completely relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The combination of the hotel and aquapark is well organized and is a huge advantage. The cleanliness of the whole place is just perfect. The room is very friendly and comfortable. The very nice thing was a tea/coffee kettle and tea&coffee available in the room during the whole stay (for free of course). Unfortunately the staff doesn't match the place and is mostly not very friendly. On the day of our arrival we went to eat the diner and the waiter in the restaurant was very rude (he decided to bring us something to drink after 15 mins, then threw the drink on the table, didn't say I'm sorry and went away), the information we got at the reception desk was mostly incompetent what was very confusing
Modern, clean, view of the High Tatras The hotel is part of Aqua City which is open to the general public and is always crowded, no exclusivity to guests of the hotel. Hotel parking always full, had to park on other parking lots. Noisy concerts in Aqua City. No AC in rooms. Can't take shower after midnight because of low water pressure (cleaning of Aqua City), had to intervene on arrival after 12h drive. Discount prices when booked through hotel website, we paid full price because we reserved through booking.com. Expected much more for the exclusive price.
We were travelling through Slovakia and we stayed in cheaper and higher quality pensions and hotels. Breakfast was quite poor - there was not even milk!
Nice and clean apartment. Good value for money. Driks and food for moderate prices!
Staff friendly and helpful, thanks
good location. good breakfast. The room is quite big and comfortable.
we asked for a room with a mountain view and we got one, we also found a large comunal balcony by the lift with great views
Nothing The lack of air conditioning or even a fan, the horrid decor, the dark corridors with sensor switches that turn off every few seconds and the noise of traffic and the building works.
Convenient location for transport facilities Lights in corridors on time-switches
Very convenient for rail and bus station. Recently refurbished room. Good breakfast. Good evening meals.Good value.
it was close to the train station too expensive for mid season, considering the hotel did not have many guests. They should introduce more competitive pricing system. It was quite old fashioned communist style hotel
hotel is located near bus station, railway station and city center, easy to go to Tatra mountains noise from bus station in the mornings
the staff are great
The staff were incredibly helpful. I was very ill while I was there and the staff could not do enough for me. They provided translation with doctors, and even went to the shops and bought me special food. They gave us a reduction on the bill because I was unable to make full use of the facilities and they gave us a free Cryotherapy session. It went beyond their call of duty. The hotel is perfectly situated at the foot of the mountains, only 20 mins away by train (very easy to do) and yet right in the town to enjoy the convenience of bars and resaurants. The aquacentre is amazing, with loads of differnt pools, slides, steam rooms, etc. Massages are cheap. A perfect place to relax in style, but cheaply. The meals were not good. It was a buffet style evening meal and breakfast. Choice and quality was not too good. Noise through the windows from the outdoor pool (music system) was a bit of a nuisance but the windows are double glazed, so muffle the noise somewhat,
It was an excellent value for money spa with really helpful staff.
Good quality hotel with good facilities and parking. Part of a leisure complex shared by the public and it was always busy. Very crowded and nosiy. Food poor quality.
We were fascinated by original designs of interior and exterior, which were arranged with sentiment. In addition, there was delicious cuisine and pleasing personnel.
I was born in Poprad and I decided to visit it with my boyfriend and see how much it has changed! Well,Poprad has undergone a lot of changes... But Sabato was the place that made our stay amazing. It transformed us to a medieval times and we greatly enjoyed it! It is the most wonderful and magical place we have ever seen!!! Fantastic environment with a historical atmosphere, beautiful garden, great food (esp.'boršč', salmon), lovely service - all you are looking for while being on holiday!
One of, if not the best hotel room I have ever seen and Ive been to a lot of places. Excellent food! For any new customers I recommend steaks!
