Hotel room was very nice, spacious, and clean, Really enjoyed the mini kitchen and the layout of the room. I thought it was a little ridiculous to have to pay an additional 25 dollars for parking. You would think that paying 160 dollars a night that parking would be included. Other than that everything was good.
Location only I have stayed here several times and the service has dropped to a level that I am considering other options in future. Hot water did now work, heard several complaints on this while there. Went to breakfast about halfway through designated time and there was absolutely nothing out, every station empty. Housekeeping came in room and left trash bag with trash in sink and another on chair. No refill of soap, coffee, etc. cleaned the glasses but then stacked them wet on top of each other.
The desk staff was not helpful in the least, they did not want to help make the stay a good one. I believe it is because we purchased the room through kayak so there was no discussion of displeasure at check out. The sheets were dirty with stains from other guests. The in room coffee pot did not work, I asked to have it addressed twice, but nothing was done about it. The TV remote did not work, I had to ask three times to get it replaced. The desk staff were unable to describe the amenities around PNC Park and did not seem to care if we enjoyed our stay or not. As if since our room was prepaid so they did not need to take care of us.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent. The swimming pool was very small. The room was decent, but nothing spectacular. When we got there the sheets were very haphazardly placed on the bed and the towels weren't folded neatly.
Location was great. It is close to sports fields, Stage AE & Warhol museum, Parking is expensive and extra.
Staff was friendly and helpful!
Great location! Good Breakfast.
Location was great. Staff was extremely helpful. Check in time was held up, waited 1 1/2 hours to check in due to hotel being sold out the night before.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
proximity to PNC park and Jerome Bettis' restaurant a little noisy from street level traffic
Parking was too expensive based on the season -- $25 for overnight!
Walking into our room was beautiful! I loved the full kitchen and king bed. Even the towels smelled so fresh and amazing. The location was perfect for our stay and was within walking distance to our favorite places. The staff was knowledgable and helpful
Location overall it was good
We booked the hotel for it's location next to PNC Park, as we had Pirates tickets. You literally walk out the lobby door and the stadium is across the street! IT was very hard to get to the hotel on the day of the game, since streets were closed and it was not the kind of area to just go around a block! The GPS was little help! We could literally see the hotel and couldn't get there for 20 minutes!!
Great location. Great room. Pool was ridiculously small. Parking was $25.
The suite was amazing and the location, directly across from PNC park, was perfect. Breakfast was average. Nothing to get excited about. Parking was not included so a charge of $25 per night was charged.
The rooms were absolutely beautiful, like little apartments. The location was great as well. It was close to everything, and really was a nice hotel overall. Woman on the phone failed to mention that the pet deposit was NON-REFUNDABLE before I drove 3 hours to get there. That's a FEE, not a DEPOSIT. Wish I would have known. They also charged us $25 to park overnight, which was not mentioned prior to arrival.
My wife and I like the full size kitchen that has all the cooking utensil which is very convenience. No free parking or at least parking fee not more than $15/day.
Very clean and nice looking rooms. Convenient location, close to stadium. Just a short walk to downtown, close enough without having to pay for an expensive downtown hotel! Our room was right next to the freeway but I'm a fairly heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me much.
