Ventajas: The suite was very comfortable. The food was of a high standard and the location is good. But the best thing by far about our stay was the staff at the Langham, especially Christina and Rodika in the Langham Club. They are just a joy to be around. Thank you for looking after us so well!

Ventajas: Everything I was extremely impressed with thier service and how they took care of you They always made you feel special from The moment you stepped in One will always go to a Hotel that will wellcome you back .. remember you , appreciate your stay and give you a better deal everytime you come back .. that is in essence what makes a Great Hotel from a good hotel I have stayed at many hotels in London ..some of the main ones ie landmark etc But I have never been treated to such a high level of service than at Langham Every call was answered with my name and that was there everywhere you went it was very personalized And the most important thing was that you were remembered , appreciated for coming back and given a better deal and Servive for your continued patronage It was an amazing expirience and Langham is the Hotel for us Every depts service was exceptional

Desventajas: Rooms had issues. Although well furnished & comfortable, the first room was above the subway so really disruptive until after midnight, with trains every few minutes, making sleep almost impossible. We asked to be moved & the second room was somewhat below ground level. The windows were set very high, they overlooked the air conditioning unit for the kitchen & therefore lacked any view, let alone natural light. I might stay at the hotel again but only if I could speak to reservations regarding the room.

Ventajas: Absolutely stunning hotel and was provided with an amazing experience. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was spotlessly clean. Lovely touches given to my parents Golden wedding anniversary. They received a yellow rose, card and cake. Beautifully clean and spacious rooms. The hotel upgraded us on arrival.

We were so well cared for, all the staff are incredible and make it their passion to make your stay a most memorable experience. Desventajas: On comparison to another hotel near by that i normally stay that costs £300 less per night to stay there. Few little things that were missing in the room that should've been topped up especially the expectation of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast tea bags were missing. The room i stayed in i was struggling to find the plugs they were located awkwardly behind the desk. Had to get on my hands and knees to plug the kettle and charger in. A dirty tray was left outside my door on a side board from another room and was there overnight to mid morning.

Ventajas: We were surprised by the quality of breakfast especially as the breakfast area was quite small but everything was so fresh and flavourful and of a really high standard. They kept replenishing the breakfast area as well. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying in our room longer than we thought as we had a terrace and everything was so nice and comfortable. Really liked the bar area too.

Desventajas: I didn't like the perfume pumped through the air-con in the corridors and bedrooms. Infact we had to be moved as I suffer from asthma and it was effecting my breathing to a none perfumed floor (5) and room. The corridors are too dark, felt like a ship..

Ventajas: The hotel was very clean, modern and had a ton of style. The staff was very friendly and they even left us a little surprise in the room for our honeymoon celebration. We especially loved the lobby and restaurant/bar. It was busy from breakfast to dinner but not too busy, just enough to give the hotel a good vibe. Breakfast was delicious!
Desventajas: The rooms were a bit small but we were aware prior to booking. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel room so the size didn’t bother us. The beds were also very comfortable so that helped!

Ventajas: It has such a chilled out cool vibe as soon as you walk in. Iris was at the desk and she was so helpful and so professional, really went over and above to help us. Food amazing, bedroom so cosy, shower amazing, lovely getting breakfast and lovely to have a cup of tea in our room in the morning.location amazing so safe, just a really cool place, we’ll be back again and will recommend to everyone we know

Desventajas: Staff especially in the afternoon in the bar were at best appalling as waited 15 minutes to get served when not busy. When they got round to it thre mistakes were made and they came across as not interested . In fact my partner when informing the waiter of staying in the hotel stated he was not at all interested. Appalling customer service sums up this hotel. Good hotel ruin by untrained staff. Went for dinner at the St. Pancras Hotel which was superb with customer service to match. Shame with good staff a fully decent hotel which it should be at prices like this. I will never venture here again as I can be insulted far cheaper than here!

La ubicación no puede ser mejor: Caminé hasta el Museo Británico en menos de media hora, y justo a la vuelta de la esquina del Teatro para fantasmas De Su Majest. Las toallas eran tan suaves y enormes como el de cualquier hotel en el que he estado. La televisión era enormes en comparación con el tamaño de la habitación. El cuarto de baño y sus accesorios eran todos muy agradables y los artículos de tocador estaban también muy bien.
Si están dispuestos a negociar un montón de espacio para un precio inferior (bien, el precio más bajo para Londres) entonces esto puede ser una relación calidad-precio. También es bueno si no va a pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel, ya que es cómodo para dormir.

Desventajas: La razón que las habitaciones son asequibles es porque las habitaciones son pequeñas. En verdad pequeñas ... como en su cama abarca toda la distancia de una pared. No hay armario, y a menos que tengas una de las habitaciones más grandes tendrás que poner tu equipaje en el suelo ya que no hay para dejar el equipaje. Eso es un reto porque la planta es realmente el camino desde la zona de la cama para el baño, así que tendrás que caminar por tu propio equipaje.
Si eres un viajero de negocios y necesita espacio de recepción es muy limitado o ausente. Tuve una habitación con un pequeño escritorio y otro donde tuve que usar la mesilla y un escritorio.
Las habitaciones son relativamente oscuras, incluso si las ventanas están abiertas porque se abren a una estrecha luz/patio. Tal vez hay más luz en los niveles más altos.

She had us checked in and on our way immediately, Refreshments were there for us waiting and fresh bottled water every day, not using plastic bottles which we loved. The cook staff and wait staff in the little restaurant were amazing Amelia and her co workers we forgot their names “ we were waisted she took care of us”. They took really good care of us. Fair prices and amazing pizza when you get home at 5 am ! Hahahaha

Ventajas: Las camas y el baño eran cómodos. La televisión vía satélite era buena. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es excelente. A poca distancia a pie de soho y Covent Garden.
Desventajas: La habitación es extremadamente pequeña. No hay armario ni espacio para pasear. Hay sólo unos 5 pies entre las camas y el baño. Sólo una persona puede moverse a la vez. Después de 1 día se quedó el rato y lo hizo funcionar. El cuarto de baño y la habitación están divididos por cristal esmerilado. No proporcionó privacidad a las familias.

Ventajas: Very clean, SkyTV channels, cheeses and wine everyday for free, all night bar, free instatnt coffee in the room, relatively good choice of restaurants near the hotel.
Desventajas: These are not issues per se but just so people are aware: the cheese+wine is available between 5pm-8pm in the bar area. Still great and more than most hotels do but if you were expecting it in your room, no. Some rooms are below street level and there is no mobile signal. Free wifi is good though. The rooms that have no windows have a little red light which is always on and cannot be turned off. That's probably to make up for the complete lack of street light, without it the darkness would be full and you wouldn't even be able to find the light switches but some people might prefer it. I would. The room is spectacularly small but I was suprised that it was still more than enough for one person (or a couple very much in love :-). An iron is not in the room but the staff will bring one+board if you ask. Shower stream not very strong but that's normal in London.

Ventajas: First off let me say that the manager forgot her name was absolutely amazing ! She’s so sweet and so professional. She had us checked in and on our way immediately, Refreshments were there for us waiting and fresh bottled water every day, not using plastic bottles which we loved. The cook staff and wait staff in the little restaurant were amazing Amelia and her co workers we forgot their names “ we were waisted she took care of us”. They took really good care of us. Fair prices and amazing pizza when you get home at 5 am ! Hahahaha

Desventajas: El tiempo de espera para todo fue extremadamente lento. Un pedido de alimentos podría tardar más de 90 minutos en ser entregado.
Las habitaciones no eran una prueba de sonido que se podía ver aquí a cada persona que caminaba y lo que decían.
El personal no estaba entrenado para un hotel de ese precio.
La selección del desayuno era mediocre y lo mismo todos los días durante los 9 días que estuve allí. La decoración del hotel es vieja y anticuada. Era difícil incluso tener una botella de agua entregada.
La comida era menos y promedio.

Desventajas: At first we were given a smoking room, even when we bought non-smoking through booking. Obviously there was some mistake, but the staff didn't have a problem changing the room, so we went to a new room in 10 minutes. The breakfast could use some more vegetables.

Desventajas: Though, I don’t like to rate any property negatively, but this property is not the best place to stay. Reasons - 1. It is extremely expensive for a small room. No value for money. If I got the services, still it was understandable. 2. The reception didn’t get back on questions all the time. They are not very welcoming except one person Mr. Lalin who was an exception 3. The concierge was decent. 4. The room was not cleaned properly, Mary time I felt not at all. For two days, there were no big towels 5. They took away the glass water bottle they had provided with no proper answer. 6. The hotel was surrounded by office buildings , zero view of even a street. 7. The bar downstairs was the worst. They were non responsive, would ignore you even after looking at you for more than 20 minutes. You had to call them time again to grab their attention. Once I saw a person making a drink and tasting it And then Giving to the customer. We never went again

Ventajas: Excellent gym! Lots of equipment to use. Perfect location as walking distance from the tube and easy to get to other central locations. Beautiful area as right next to St. Paul’s cathedral and madison rooftop bar. Would highly recommend and come again. The staff even gave my boyfriend cupcakes as it was his birthday.
Desventajas: No fault of the hotel as I can understand why you’d rent it out. However I was looking forward to seeing the views on the rooftop and having a drink, but it’s was rented out for a birthday event.

Desventajas: The stairs could put off some who don’t like using them. Coming from a strenuous walking holiday, there were not a problem for me. Having dinner at the Grand Hall nearby was like eating in a very crowded school cafeteria, which it was. Luckily I was able to take my food down to Freddie’s below where I could find seating.

Desventajas: There was a mouse in my room. The night staff has been very nice and had me changing room with a lot of apologies. The hotel was almost full so I got a less nice room than what I had paid of, the staff ensuring me that I would get a nice refund by his boss the day after. I got only 10%!!! Really problems may happen, i don’t mind but at least you do the maximum to have your guest think that you do your best. That is absolutely not what happened in the morning. I felt like having been taken as a fool. And I am not talking about the breakfast where I had to wait ages to get a bowl and before I left the staff have had an argument in front of all the guests. I travel a lot and I have never been treated like this.

Desventajas: Cost was a little higher than I wanted to pay considering we did not have a view of any kind as facing another building, but I didn't have time to really shop for something a little less so I did not rate lower. Bathroom was very tight, but I understand that this is sometimes the case when you travel abroad. We traveled for 3 weeks in British Isles and stayed at wonderful places, some of which had a incredible value for what we got.

Ventajas: Staff was friendly and welcoming me and my partner stayed her to watch the cursed child it was about a 10mins walk into the main bit which is perfect as it's not to busy where the hotel was Emailed the hotel before to make them aware it was our anniversary they left some choclate in the room which was a nice touch, room was massive but we was on the 3rd floor and it had and actual king size bed in, not just to bed pushed togeather which it is like in many hotels which makes all the difference

Desventajas: • The bed was incredibly hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. My back hurt all the time. • The bathroom has no door which means that if you have air conditioning on in your room, and you take a shower you will be very cold when you get out of the shower. It also means that if you pee the whole room smells like pee. • The shower is built in such a way that if you move around too much, water starts getting out of the shower and into your floor. It is very modern and pleasing to the eye, but not very practical. • The hotel must be under construction, because every morning starting from 6am I heard sounds of people building and hammering. • While I was in the shower the last day of my stay the cleaning staff tried to enter my room at 8:30am which isn't that late. Thank god I had let the emergency lock on the door. Otherwise the cleaning staff would have seen me naked in the shower. • The Wi-fi is pretty bad.

There was always (24hours!) a member of staff around to help if any queries or problems. The pub itself has a good selection of drinks, good food and nice atmosphere. And you get a 10% discount on pub prices if you're staying in the hostel! If I needed a bed for the night in this part of London I'd stay again.

Desventajas: El sujeto que está encargado en la noche fue bastante grosero, porque teníamos la reservación y habiendo hecho ya el check in el sujeto se negaba a darnos la entrada al lugar, diciendo que nosotros no teníamos reserva en el hostal ( y aún mostrándole la reserva y pago del alojamiento) se negaba una y otra vez a revisar en su computadora.. hasta que tuve que de irle que buscara bien en su computadora en las últimas líneas vio la foto de mi pasaporte en la reserva y nos dejo entrar.! Mal servicio de atención al cliente .

Ventajas: The location is fine and, surprisingly, the noise from the pub wasn't too bad. The bed was comfortable, the locker worked and the room was reasonably big.
Desventajas: It's quite hot in the rooms (one of the people sleeping there had a fan switched on the whole night pointing at him, so he get the cooler air and the rest of us got the noise), the shower didn't work properly (no hot water would come out, and i tried everything) and the bathroom was quite messy. There doesn't seem to be enough bathrooms/toilets for so many guests. Either the socket in the room or the adapter they sell at the reception is not entirely right (would get a spark plugging and unplugging stuff), and charging 5 pounds for a towel seems a bit excessive.

Ventajas: Very easy to find and right next to Euston station. Great value for money for an overnight stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who just wants a nice and quiet place in close proximity to the underground and rail.
Desventajas: I cannot comment on something as being bad. It would be excellent for the price if there was some "storing" facility (even at additional cost) and maybe one more toilet. The smell from the kitchen could be also a negative although I did not get bothered by it.

Ventajas: Apart from minor inconveniences mentioned above its great. It is a hostel and not a hotel after all. The staff, all of them, were very helpful and friendly. There was always (24hours!) a member of staff around to help if any queries or problems. The pub itself has a good selection of drinks, good food and nice atmosphere. And you get a 10% discount on pub prices if you're staying in the hostel! If I needed a bed for the night in this part of London I'd stay again.
Desventajas: I hope this is constructive criticism. There wasn't even a chair to sit on to put your socks on in the room if people were occupying bottom bunks. Luggage/personal belongings lockers could easily be larger. Only one shower/toilet on 2nd floor?

Ventajas: Lo único que rescato es la ubicación, que está cerca del metro y en el distrito de Camden
Desventajas: No tiene áreas comunes, pocos baños y duchas, uno para las 5 piezas del segundo piso, consideran que en una éramos 6, eran aprox 30 personas para una ducha, en la mañana por lo general te tocaba esperar, siempre mojado porque la ducha se abre hacia fuera y las paredes con hongos. No tienes dónde cocinar ni dónde sentarte a tomar un desayuno si quieres por tu cuenta (no te dejan comer en las piezas). El sistema de ingreso a las piezas ineficiente, te terminan despertando cada vez que alguien intenta abrir con los códigos y los golpes que dan. Definitivamente no volvería

Desventajas: I didn't like the fact that the smell from the restaurant was coming into the room, there were no facilities for eating, unless you were going to the restaurant (not very comfortable because it was full).

Ventajas: Pasamos una semana aproximadamente en Londres y nos alojamos en el St. Giles. No nos arrepentimos. Cerca de la acción de West End y mucho más barato que algunos en la zona. Este hotel también es frecuentado por tours - de autobús.
La habitación estaba bien aunque pequeña (habitación casi de hotel japonés pequeño). No usamos sus restaurantes y fuimos a mucho, mucho mejor buffet en la calle para el desayuno.
El personal de recepción era muy servicial.

Desventajas: A terrible experience! The room is so small that there is no air. no air conditioner, no heating, TV not working. At this hour we had to settle for what was. When we asked if the order could be canceled, they said we would be charged the full price. The staff, especially the receptionist girl who treated us were not at all welcoming. We felt they were doing a favor that they even unser to me . The room was filthy, no linen was changed from the day we arrived. The room is so crowded that two suitcases cannot fit together, but can only be on each other. Reasonable breakfast .Except for the location, i really do not recommend getting close. Not worth the grief. If you are average weight people and above, you can't even breathe in the shower. There is no room for two people with suitcases. Just don't! We skipped from one side of the room to the other by walking on the bed. If you need air, don't come to this hotel.

Desventajas: Queue to check in, very slow lifts - there are 4 but we never had two opening at the same time and this meant a lot of time waiting for them to arrive and when they did they were often full. I would prefer a larger bath towel.

Desventajas: El personal de recepción no es amable, te hablan lo necesario, tuvimos un problema y nos ayudaron lo justo. Por las noches hay mucho ruido en los pasillos.

Ventajas: La ubicación era excelente y las instalaciones estaban en buenas condiciones. Cada cama cuenta con dos entradas USB, además del toma corriente, lo que me pareció super útil. En los baños de mujeres había secador de pelo, eso también me pareció un plus.
Desventajas: Tuvimos un par de inconvenientes que supieron resolver, pero siendo que uno va de vacaciones y con ganas de disfrutar, es una pena tener que perder tiempo haciendo reclamos que podrían evitarse. Estuvimos en habitación compartida de 4 personas: el espacio es bastante reducido para esa cantidad de personas y se vuelve un poco incómodo para abrir los lockers. La limpieza de la habitación fue correcta, pero los baños (por lo menos los de tercer piso) estaban bastante descuidados, sobre todo la zona de las duchas.
