Las habitaciones eran pequeñas pero bien equipadas. El café era decente y no hay escasez de comida cerca. El personal era extremadamente amable y servicial. Gran relación calidad-precio. Ubicado casi a medio camino de dos paradas de tren, lo que lo hacía un poco difícil para moverse.

Great location, very close to Bukit Bintang (shops and restaurants) in the Golden Triangle, you can go walking. Nice breakfast, and the pool is ok. Room is nice. Good value for money. Poor offer of international TV channels. Curtains in the bath gives a bad impression, old and dirty.

la verdad es que no tengo nada en especial para decir, solo qeu esta cerca de muchos sitios, asunque la zona en si misma del hotel no es bonita el personal no te da mucha informacion. el cargo por una cama extra en la habitacion es excesivo.

location The restaurant for the residences on level 6 was very poor. The food was ill prepared, cold and poor service. I had to send back a loaf of bread back that was full of mould - the chef should have seen that before putting it out. The hot food was cool and the cold food was warm - very disapointing on variety and presentation.
Well, the bed was comfortable and the room is in the high floor where we can get a good view of the city. the aircon was noisy, there was no toothpaste nor toothbrush.there wasnt any slippers.there was no swimming pool.
Well, to put it short, these are somewhat 3* (if not less!) rooms in a 4* building. The hotel could have been all right for an overnight stay at a lower price, but certainly not if you were about 4* service. Major problems were strong smell of paint and extremely noisy air-conditioning. A number of small yet annoying faults, such as absence of towels, blocked sink etc. - adding up to a definitely negative impression.
The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, the location is at very strategic place near the china town, the room is clean. It is too expensive for the room that small, there is no safe deposit box in the room, the breakfast is too standard and tasteless.

The location in China town. The room was not very clean when we check in. I did complain to the reception but nobody came to clean it the same day. The morning after I told it to the cleaning staff and they clean it well.
One of the receptionist name Susan was so helpful on my arriver and based on this I might be going back for a vacation trip The food was not up to standard. I order meatball and it was all burned when served
It is located in heart of the city and good for shopping and touring around the city.
Excellent value for money; great location. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff were good but not great; so long as you don't require anything special from them (re: I had to fax things internationally from the from desk, which took ages, and they gave me incorrect phone messages) they are fine. For all other purposes, hotel was excellent.

el hotel está bien ubicado, en el centro de china town con sus restaurantes y puestos del mercado abierto hasta las 23:00 hs. CONSEJO: pedir la habitación ubicada en el ala rehabilitada, las de la otra zona son muy cutres!

Very good place to spend a night with such a affordable prize! Rooms are clean, toilets are good and the breakfast is ok ok. If you want to stay in KL just for a night with all basic needs, this is the perfect hotel. There nothing to see around the hotel...
The family room size is quite suitable to me because i have 3 kids age from 7 to 11 years old. Within working distance to monorail station and petaling street.Free shuttle services to Bukit bintang shopping centre and KL Tower save me transportation charges. The room bed sheet has some ants and the window locker was broken.
the view is good , we can see the twin tower. why don't have water machine for drink, is really a 3-star hotel? even 2-star hotel have one.

The location is quite good ; the room was clean and even better that i expected for that price /// breakfast was super bad ! Well, we paid by cash straight away for 5 days on check-in . The next day i got the letter from booking.com telling that we didnt check in so the hotel charged my credit card!! I asked at the reception but first they didnt understand what i was saying and answering like " Yes, we charged the credit card " ..."yes, you paid by cash" ????what????? Well, im not the english native speaker so i usually never complain about how others speak english but it was really the first time i had such hard times talking to receptionists ....the long story short they said that it was their mistake and they r going to give the money back.......still waiting..........also the a/c didnt work properly and it was kind of very hot at nights .
